After calling asking for some support I got help for 5 minutes, then was told that he would get 'technical support'. I waited for 3 hours and got no call or response at all.

I would not recommend any company / person to deal with Global Access, very incompetent people. They never return phone calls or e-mails. When you contact them, they say they will get back to you, and rarely do. Then when they do, they create excuses, that are just fanciful. Better off ordering same products from overseas, and receiving prompt replies and efficient service.

We've been using Global access for around 5-6 years now. And to be fair we had a few teething issues with each other at the start.. But dealing with Haydn was a great experience, he was very knowledgeable and helped us start using the FAAC systems. Since that time Michael has moved in to become our point of contact and he has been absolutely brilliant, still learning the ropes but he bends over backwards to make life easier for us. which definitely doesn't go un noticed. I recently purchased a FAAC 391 Automatic Gate Opener Kit through Global Access to have installed on my steel entrance gates. I cannot speak more highly of the quality of this product. Prior to making this purchase I did extensive research on a range of automatic openers. It soon become clear that an FAAC Automatic Gate Opener Kit was the best product out there to meet my needs and with further research, Global Access was certainly the preferred supplier. With my FAAC 391 Automatic Gate Opener Kit now installed and working, I couldn't be more happy with my purchase! The installation was quick and hassle free and the motors do everything that I had hoped for. In my opinion they certainly live up to their claim to be, 'one of the best products in today's market'. I have no hesitation in recommending this product or indeed Global Access to anyone in the market for a quality automatic gate opener.

Thank you Global Access for providing a fabulous product. The gate is super quiet and we like how it slows down when almost closed. The keypad is a good size, and lights up at night after we have come back from our walks. The battery back up is a must have for peace of mind if we ever lose power, and it all works perfectly as we were recommended by others and goes well with our new fence built by Tony at A-Z Fencing, and new automatic gate frame built by Carlito of Netfen. Installation by Carlito was quick and easy and he is a pleasant tradie to deal with who was on time which is rare nowadays. Thanks again to you all. Job well done!

We are very pleased with our new security gate. It is very smart and increases our security. The manuals are set up more for the installer than the consumer. The company are very efficient returning calls which is impressive.

Great product! We've surprised how smooth and quiet the motor works and gear works.

As soon as GateGurus installed our automatic gate we were excited to find how superbly it works. It is so easy and quick to open our sliding gate with the handy little remote. It has a good range, so you can open it ahead as you approach the actual gate. You can either close it when you are ready or have an automatic sensor installed (which we chose) which will then allow a timing function to auto-close the gate when all is clear within a set time (we chose one minute). Certainly makes garaging our car so much easier !
