The renting of a pocket wifi in Japan is a total must. We rented from GAC. The experience was highly positive from before booking the equipment to when we returned the equipment. Communication was fast and easy. Rental wifi equipment was in good order and wifi was very fast. Instructions regarding pickup and deposit were very clear. Only thing is if they could provide instructions for the euqipment in English. I highly recommend this company.

Hello. Thank you very much for choosing our service.
When we ship the package to the hotel the package is shipped on the same day as the rental period and is delivered by noon. We have checked the tracking number on your order, and it shows that it is delivered at 10AM on the day the rental day starts. Please not that we cannot deliver the day before the rental period starts as in some cases the hotel does not accept the package without the customer's arrival.
We are very sorry for the inconveniences caused but we are constantly looking to find a way to improve our services. We will look back at this for future reference and to further improve our services. Thank you.

Pocket Wi-Fi was waiting at hotel. Easy cell hook up. With two people using wifi, it lasted us about 8 hours, then we hooked it up to a portable power bank for the rest of the day. It gave us the wifi coverage we needed. Especially google map and translate. Drop off at airport’s red postal box near passenger screening entrance was convenient.

I was in japan for a month and decided to rent a pocket wi-fi. Best place and decision I made for my visit in Japan. Its a little confusing to find their office but hopefully in the future it'll be easier to find! Definitely would recommend and come back 10/10. Should definitely add a picture of the entrance. Pocket Wi-Fi works very well but definitely recommend a power bank since the battery does die quick.

I used this company for WiFi rental on two occasions and was highly satisfied with the service.
Ordering the device was straight forward and before collecting it at Haneda airport, I received frequent updates regarding its dispatch and delivery to that location.
It was easy to link my phone, laptop and iPad to the device and I the signal and internet speeds were consistently good during my trip.
Returning the device was straight forward as the provide a prepaid envelope.

I've been using GAC WiFi every time I've visited Japan since 2016. The service is amazing. They conveniently deliver the device to the hotel upon request and when it's time to leave Japan just pack the device into the envelop provided and drop it (or ask your hotel) in the nearest mailbox. Excellent.
