Truly Amazing Knowledge that has been handed down for 1000's of years...makes you think of Spirality in a different way....then the further you practice and get into the teachings the more is understood...but ultimately you notice a calm and a change come into your life from these teachings & practices....cant recommend enough...i bring my daughter weekly...she loves it....

I've attend meeting both online during the pandemic and in person and I have found the experience fantastic. Great teachings being relayed in an easy relaxed and understandable way. I loved the practices that were thought for meditation and I use them every day since attending. I look forward to learning more from them in the future.
