Goals plastic in Atlanta are hands down the best. The facility was very clean. The staff were really nice and friendly. They addressed all of my concerns, they made me feel me so comfortable. They eased all my nervousness. I chose Dr. Z for a double bbl with upper back and arm liposuction. If I had to do it again I would. Goals plastic surgery in with Dr. Z is the way to go 🙌🏾.

I’m officially 3 days post op after Double BBL with dr McGann and the entire process was seamless. The patient coordinator Mesah… Phenomenal! She explained everything to me so thoroughly which led up to my decision in moving forward. fast-forward to procedure day. The surgical team was exceptional. It was really clean and Dr. McGann was so professional and very informative. I wanted to wait to give my honest review so that’s why I’m doing it now. Not only was the service here amazing but my results are even better. I feel so much better to have the restored confidence. I’ve always wanted back after having children. thank you goals for making that happen for me.

Tuve mi siruguia , mire reviews y escribían que en los glúteos no era nada el cambio .. créanlo no se ve para nadaaa !! .. mi vientre si me quedó súper plano es lo único que me encantó Yo tenía muchísima grasa en el vientre y pues entonces no entiendo como en los glúteos no la usaron ahora espero recuperme rapido para ir a tener mis resultados como los quiero a otra Clinica Ellos no utilizaron grasa en mis gluteos 👎 si quieren glúteos grandes no lo recomiendo My belly looks flat and pretty, but if you want nice, round buttocks, I don't recommend it. My buttocks were the same and I had no difference in them.

Goals plastic surgery has been so great to me. Literally the ladies here are so helpful and very humble. The surgery was very smooth and easy. My doctor was truly amazing and I absolutely loved her and how she helped me achieve my dream body. The entire experience was a10/10! Do NOT!!!!!! Allow this company to rob you blind! Like I have, I wish I would’ve trusted the reviews. They have been taking me through hell and high waters I wish I never got involved with this company! Unprofessional, unresponsive, they lack integrity! I am so mad. Please do not waste your money take these reviews seriously! I paid for my surgery in full just lipo in 2021 and it’s 2024! No surgery, no refund no one will answer my calls! It’s crazy please take your money and your business elsewhere! I am an out of state customer and they had me rescheduled and I didn’t know until I arrived in atl! So I wasted flight,hotel money and time! Listen to the reviews trust them! Nobody is bashing something good just because! Trust us! I’m so mad at myself. I lost out on $5,500.

I’m booked for my chin Flexsculpt next week & I must say that the entire process has been extremely seamless from start to finish. My patient coordinator charlotte has been more than phenomenal!!! Her amazing results are the reason I booked!!! I’m so excited I didn’t even need bloodwork , I will keep you guys updated but everything thus far has been amazing!!! 10/10 definitely recommend!!!!

I wish the people who run Goals would answer some of these bad reviews. I want to use them and I am lucky enough to have 2 nurses in my house, but the reviews are scary. The results in the pictures look like what I want and have for years. I want to do the Black Friday special. I am giving them 5 stars in hope that they understand that I am optimistic that I can make it work, but just explain.

I would have to give this clinic zero stars if I could. From the initial “consultation” which was just a phone call to check for medical history and bmi to the day of surgery. I literally was told to be there a certain time basically before the sun came out and they weren’t even there. They literally came about 15-20 minutes later. Then had to wait another hour for the surgeon to get there. My surgeon was Dr. Z and right now I can say I hate my results. First off, she seemed like she had a attitude when doing my mark up and then basically said well most of what you have is loose skin, (which was new to me) and since you have had a surgery before I know l they told you that; for one no they didn’t tell me that and ghe surgery I had before was of a whole other area plus some of the area I was getting liposuction that day. Also that is something their consultation team should have said to me so I could know what to actually book and not cool something that the freaking day of the actual surgery they say you don’t have alot of fat. Then after that the unprofessional continued with them peeping me and taking me to the surgery room but then leaving and doing someone else’s who literally came almost two hours after me and by the time they came back to do mines I literally felt almost everything and Dr. Z was rough and I could tell she didn’t care about my results it was just ok let me do this and leave there were so many red flags with reading other people reviews, the fact you can’t get a consultation until the day of the surgery (hugest) red flag and then the fact that they give you nothing g to preppy with. Their preop paperwork says you’ll be leaving with their germicidal soap, didn’t get that. Day of Surgery said they would be giving you compression socks didn’t get that. Literally guys you really need to beware of this place and suregoms like Dr. Z who won’t do a good job on you unless you let them film you to be a brand ambassador as I saw someone with my exact day make up, I’m young was never fat so the loose skin thing barely looks like loose skin but I saw someone when had they same thing but was a brand ambassador and more of her love handles were done and other things when she also booked the same thing as me. Also the full front lines she made didn’t even cover what they told me in the phone consultation which was love handled and other front areas, when I say she barely touched my love handled it’s sad because the line she marked doesn’t even really feel that tender like she went in fully in that area and that area is tight skin but fat under it. Just actually trying to get that more would have at least made my waist thinner but like I said she only cared about the money not good results. Y’all these people are money hungry and this is just an assembly line. I forgot to mention I wasn’t feeling that well after and tried to reach out to Dr. Z for her recommendation on what I was feeling to see if I needed to do something to aid with had bad I was feeling but I NEVER even got a response and that was suppose to be her direct emergency line after surgery. These red flags are really there for a reason, we have to stop giving people our money who just take it, don’t care about our after care nor results. I haven’t heard from her nor the doctor office since the surgery. I would not recommend this place at all. Try Dr.HotLanta or Dr.NipandTuck, they are a bit more expensive but their process and testing is way better and they are with you the whole journey and have you comeback in for checks upd after. Please be aware of this and Dr.Z and know they only post good reviews on their Instagram so don’t be tricked by that.

Hi everyone Im a 47 yr old mom of four wanting to enhance my mid section .. I could not go on using the excuse of my kids causing the unwanted buldge in my belly, being they are adults …lol Yes , i love the skin im but just needed a lil touch of perfection and hands down GOALs was the place that accomplished my desired look.. Im 2 days post op and i can see a major difference.. Dr Z was amazing and the staff made me feel as if we’ve known each other for forever.. If you’re thinking about getting that dream body listen to no one but self and go for it at GOALS .. I cant wait for the final results of my journey so stayed tuned so i can show you 47 is the new 27 ..

This is facility of torture! I was awake for my procedure and the entire time was hell. When I was leaving out the next lady was tortured. This is not for the weak. I was not numb for none of the process. Especially when he flipped me for the bbl. I had DR.Shannon. & I really wanted to love this place. It's a quick dollar. Not patient friendly. Everyone smile in your face but it's real hell!!! Pictures on website misleading. Experience not explained throughly. Run! Update. 5 months post opp left with infection & still have cellulitis. A dark spot and lump on butt cheeks. Nothing is offered to fix the problem. Even after talking to the Dr. My bottom doesn't feel comfortable sitting at all. Not worth it!

This place is very unprofessional! The communication is way off ! I’ve paid $500 deposit for a Lipo 360 Bbl and I decided to use it for a different procedure and now they tell me I can’t use it for a procedure nor can I get a refund! I asked to speak with management and they refuse to connect with upper management and still no returned phone call ! Every other surgery office has no problem with switching appointments or procedures at their clients wishes!!! Even after all the bad reviews I’ve seen and heard I’ve still decided to give you guys a chance and here I am getting screwed over too !! It’s just a shame how business is being conducted at goals! If I don’t get my money back or granted a different procedure I will be taken legal action!

I wanted to wait until I was fully healed to give this review and I must say I'm so happy that I chose goals to get my procedure done. After giving birth to three children My body changed drastically. I knew that I made the right decision immediately after flex sculpt 360 and double BBL with Dr. Z. She was really sweet, informative , She also gave me realistic expectations and in my opinion was very transparent. After having the procedure done I came to the goals Atlanta post-op team and they they were amazing as well. Emani gave me stellar customer service and now I'm also considering doing some other services. Thank you goals for helping me regain my self-confidence.

I am one day post op Dr Shannon it was great Dr was amazing made me feel very comfortable my anxiety was at an all time high and he made me feel very comfortable he discussed with me what to expect and the staff was very professional I would definitely

Worse experience ever......and my work is botched, I wish I never went to this place. 7800 dollars for nothing don't do it, 2 years later I'm still crying to have to look at my body everyday I should of stayed the way I was waste of my money.

Do not recommend at all am not happy with my results no consultation with sergeant before hand, do not recommend this place they are all about money don’t really care about what you would like to accomplish by taking that big step of getting surgery done .
