By far , the lack of communication has failed . They told me my appt was at 11am verbally and electronically to me at least 3 times . Once I got there , the Latina girl told me my appt was at 2. I tried to show her the email but she didn’t care . I didn’t get no apologies or no compensation. The whole experience was miserable. I was there from 10:45 to 6pm for a flex Jaw and sculpt . Def no 30 min procedure . Dr. Morrow was great but the rest of the office needs some customer service skills . It seems as if they overbook with not enough staff . At least if you having us wait for hours, there should be a tv in the waiting room . I felt like I was in a make shift office . Today is my follow up at 11am . Of course they tell me they are running behind again . Had I known all this, I would have , gone through a diff company . I will check back in once I finally get the post up massage and a week later to see the results . So far , so bad . btw, this is the MD office .

GBURG, MD: Lack communication, unorganized, and unprofessional, they also seem too understaffed to provide adequate care for their patients. They scheduled multiple people around the same time so my mom ended up waiting 2 hours past her appointment time to even get prepped. Then they provide no instructions to the escorts for the patient— i was worried about my mom so i went in person to the suite at 5:35 (after waiting 5 hours with no update) the lady going to tell me 25 min prior that i won’t be able to get in building after 6 therefor won’t be able to get my mom if past 6. No info was relayed AT ALLL, if i hadn’t shown up when i did i would’ve never known. Mind you while waiting the 5 hours i was on hold w them trying to get an update but got no answer at all. Can’t account for their talents but i would not feel safe with the lack of info given to my mom and I, they need better customer service.

Had my procedure on April 2nd and all I can say was this was not a good experience at all. My coordinator was not informative and was very vague with the information. She completely stopped communicating after my balance was paid in full. I contacted her a few times and asked her to call me just to see if she would and she never did even though she said was going to. Other people also tried to contact her on my behalf and she was never available. I wanted my procedure done in March since they were having a promotion and I had the time off work and the patient coordinator & scheduling dept’s lack of communication made me miss 3 dates in March so I had to have it in April which was an inconvenience for me. Everyone that I spoke with had a lack of follow up. They swear they'll call you back or get a manager to call and no one ever did. I've even been hung up on just trying to understand their process with scheduling. The day of the procedure came and I was scheduled at 11am and was not seen until about 2pm. Everything was fine until I had to get numbed. They gave me sedation medicine prior to but it had not kicked in while I was getting numbed so I was not comfortable at all. The medicine did end up kicking in so I was in and out. I left walking out and feeling fine after my procedure and had post-op scheduled the next day. I arrived the next day just find out the office was closed. No one called to let me know it was closed and this location does not have a direct number. I called the main number over 20 times with no answer. I had to act like I was a new client trying to get a consultation just to get in contact with someone. I waited at the office for 3 hours for them to give me an answer as to why the office would be closed when I was scheduled. I finally went home when someone from the ATL office called to say someone showed up, it was now 4pm! I told them I just spent $100 in a Uber to come there for my SCHEDULED appointment. The woman told me she would escalate my concern with the GM Umar who stated to come to the next day and I'll be the first one seen. She also stated the GM would be there to speak to regarding the inconvenience. I arrived the following day to be drained and massaged. The GM was not there and the woman who gave me the massage said that the girl called out the day before. Again, I stated no one called me to let me know that so I wouldn't have to spend my money. She didn't care about my concern and kept it moving. I was only given a faja even though my contract included a butt pillow. After my post-op appointment I tried to get in contact with the GM every which way I could and was given the run-around by everybody. I still have all the text messages stating they were going to escalate my concern and nothing was ever done. At this point I was over it. I reached out to my PC to see if I can obtain my butt pillow and she stated they MD office was closed and they never responded back to her. At this point I was tired of reaching out. As far as my results, I do I like it but I really wish they would have provided more detailed post-op instructions. There are a lot of questions and concerns I had but I was turned off by their lack of care and communication. It wasn't until 2 weeks later that I found my own post-op nurse to assist me. My body is going through a lot of changes that I wish I would have known how to handle those things right after surgery, Til this day I have not heard back anything from anybody. I did not feel cared for at all and don't recommend this location. Update: just to mention, i am also uneven !!!! The left side has more fat than the right. I tried to give it time to see if it was just swelling and no I’m actually uneven.

I got my double bbl with flex sculpt with Dr. Morrow this past Tuesday.I absolutely love my results! He was super nice and, did his job well. I highly recommend him.

only leaving one star cus its required to leave a review. i went to the Atlanta location. i had my surgery on March 29th it was originally supposed to be on March 25th but they called and pushed it back AFTER I ALREADY PAID FOR MY PLANE TICKETS. i had to pay extra to change my flights that was the FIRST red flag. but i went on a head with the surgery. i was supposed to recieve flexsculpt360 dbl bbl and flexsculpt of my arms. when i get there they tell me i cant get 360 or flexsculpt of the arms. and they refused to refund me my $2500 dollars FOR A SERVICE THEY DID NOT DOOOO. i was pissed. I had a TERRIBLE experience overall. i do like my results but my experience with Goals ATL as a whole was TERRIBLE. ZERO OUT OF TEN DO NOT RECOMMEND. i will NEVER GIVE THEM MY MONEY AGAIN. if i decide to go and get another round lipo360 it will absolutely NOT BE WITH GOALS. just TERRIBLE.

My results is horrible I pretty much just gave them my money!!! No results something I cld have went to the gym to get NYC was my location of service I DO NOT RECOMMEND BTW IM ALMOST 2 years out thinking of going to MIA AESTHETICS Ps do your research DO NOT GO TO GOALS!!!

They are the worst. Stay away. They don't care about the patients only the money. You have an 11 o' clock appointment and don't get seen until 6pm and the staff says there's only one doctor. Y'all knew it was one doctor when you scheduled the appointments. They are nonchalant! Find a plastic Surgeon that atleast do Twighlight sedation. They really need to explain how the sedation works. I really didn't know about Goals just seen some results I wouldn't have went there. You will do better going to Miami or DR. Dr. Morrow dis not do a good job he was too busy trying to train someone. The target are that I told him about he didn't target. Take your money somewhere else. You have different people calling you like a salesman trying to sell you these 15 minute massages for $200 and other items they have. The information they give you is conflicting. You talk to so many different people with different information. Run keep your money, it's not worth it!

These people are thieves they call you 100 times a day real nice and pleasant but as soon as you give up that deposit you can barely talk to anyone. I’m glad I didn’t go through with getting my surgery and now I have to get my lawyers involved because these people played with the wrong one

DO Not Go To Goals They are very money hungry I didn’t even get my surgery done and they’re giving me a hard time on giving me my money back that I paid in full and I am so glad I didn’t from what I been seeing they been botching people body’s .

Hello all, I had my surgery on February 22,2024. What I experienced since I book my appointment on 10/18/2023 I had so many people who had contact me for months not the person that help me set up my booking never call me not one time. No one put notes on your account or on the same page. This company is money hungry, the day of my surgery I was told to come in at 10:00am I get there and the waiting room was like a hall way a hot mess. Only have one doctor at this location and I did not know that. I sit in the hallway for 2 in a half hours until the MA’s had dirty uniforms on, One of the MA’s came and got me then had me sit again in the back office for 3 hours. The back office does not have any rooms just 3 sections with a curtain going across. Dr. Morrow will ask you your medical information while the patients is right beside you that is a HIPPA violation. I made sure he did not do that to me. Overall, Dr. Morrow did not do good job on me my back is uneven on one side I still have love handles rolls and on the side it is not Lipo enough I went through all this pain for nothing just to look the same way I came in. Also, the local anesthesia is the worst feeling ever. I do not recommend anyone to go to goals at all. I paid for 8 different places to get lipo that he did not do correctly. Customer services are very rude you can never get anyone one the phone when you call the office. All they want is your money but, don’t give you services you want. The reviews are the truth please stay far away from this place.

My surgery date was scheduled for April 12th and I think I’m gonna cancel out. It seems as it they’re just worried about the money. They asking for a deposit and half if the money a month before my surgery date and I didn’t even get cleared by my doctor yet. I had 3 c sections last one was in 2021 and I still have numbness and soreness in my abdomen. I tried to ask the guy is the lip still safe even if I’m having those problems he didn’t say nothing. My consultation was in Atlanta I live in Baltimore and going to the Md location. I was supposed to got a promo deal and my surgery still had came up to $5 thousand ans some change. I don’t know what else to do.

Run. Don’t waste your time, money, patience, or intelligence trying to deal with these people. I’m almost certain most of their hired staff was recruited from a drug rehabilitation program or directly from the meth lab. They hang up on you, give you half answers, your results will be ludicrous and you will be VERY sad. Save yourself the energy, time and despair. Run. 🏃🏾‍♀️

I came to this location to get my surgery DR. Gregory morrow was awesome !!he did amazing work on me he was proficient and professional.he was kind and made me super comfortable through the whole surgery ..Tee does my massages she is very friendly ,knowledgeable, outgoing ,super sweet and professional !! I would recommend them any day great team 5 stars!!!!!!

I went to the location in Maryland… I didn’t receive a completion of service that I paid for, nor did I get a professional experience. My experience with Dr Jonathan Johnson was unprofessional & incomplete. I contracted for Lipo 360 in 8 areas & Double BBL. I only received Lipo in 5 areas & BBL was not done properly according to description of the procedure. Also, during the procedure, Johnson took a phone call . The while preforming the procedure and ignored me when I would mention I could feel pain while getting the Lipo. I didn’t receive the post op treatments (drainage) that was necessary & included in my quote. When I emailed the next day & again a week after stating my complaints, no one ever responded I never received a response from the faculty staff, coordinator or billing staff. I have contacted the BBB along with the State/ Nationally Board of surgeons.

On October 6, a purchase was made for $600 for the weight loss program. All steps have been followed (bloodwork was completed on October 7). I have contacted them several times in regards to why I have not received my weight loss packet. I was informed by Goals that a consultation by a doctor was required and that I needed to wait for whenever the doctor had time to call me, with no time or date given. After informing them, the option was unacceptable for me to wait for whenever the doctor became available. On October 24th, I was then informed by the the person that I that was communication with via text an appointment was set to speak with the doctor for October 25th at 10:30 a.m. I took time off and waited for the doctor, but I never received a call. At 11:53 a.m., I sent a text message. I was then informed the doctor couldn’t make the appointment (no one called to cancel my scheduled appointment that the doctor missed at 10:30). It was at that time that I requested a refund. That’s when all communication stopped. I called, emailed, texted, and got no response. The most I got after calling numerous times was that a supervisor would contact me, which I still have not heard from. On October 30th, I filed a complaint with the BBB. The same day, I received a call from Dr. Pitman, who then informed me that the reason they were late on response and lack of communication was because he was the only doctor at the office with an NP, and I was assured that after speaking with him, he would send out my prescription to the pharmacy they have located in DC immediately if I allowed him to resolve my complaint instead of a refund, which I agreed to. as of today I have not received the script I have filled a complaint with the BBB and the Attorney Generals office. PLEASE STAY AWAY THEY ARE SCAMS

So far so good with the communication...I'm really nervous because the reviews are good n bad...I'm scheduled next month and to date I have been kept informed and put at ease...I just hope everything goes well...I did Sonobello 3 years ago n it was ok but they don't perform the same procedure as Goals...ive been watching the IG videos, googling the Docs so I am stepping out on faith and determination to get snatched...MD location is closest to me...I hope to get more taken out than put it in...I just want a natural looking result!!!! Count down begins!!!

Goals Plastic for Atlanta GA and the office located in New York that handles the call are very, very, very unprofessional and very rude. I had a bad vehicle accident and broke my hip and leg and they tell me they not giving me my money back and so I contacted Better Business Bureau and filed a Complaint. BBB contacted me later down the line and said they reached out to them several times and they never responded so now they're Rating from BBB will be dropped. I wish I knew about this Review portal before I paid my money. I was told to contact the GS Attorney General a file a complaint which I did. Like I told them that Goals Plastic is a BIG SCAM and how you not going to return someone's money which services that hasn't been done. How you think you can just keep free money because baby that's considered FRAUD. I will not stop until my money is back on my card I paid the down payment with. I had nothing but problems with them from when they first received my money. Before they got the money they called me everyday and was very polite but as soon as they received that money is when everything shifted. Then I had my accident and still in the hospital and they thing they're keeping my money and I'm sorry to tell them that they have the wrong women because your not going to take from me and since they think they're going to keep my money so now I'm going to sue for a lot more. I have all emails, text messages, and the cancellation policy. So if anyone on here needs help just file with BBB they responds right back and then file with the Attorney Generals Office of GA

I had the same experience as Savanna King!!! The call happened at 10:30 pm on a Friday!! Was lied too and treated horribly. This place is a scam! Customer Service Reps are not professional and don’t provide accurate information. Once they get your deposit you get all the information they should have told you. I wasn't told that the deposit wasn't refundable until after I paid. I had questions and was very hesitant and the rep told me she understood my hesitation, and that in the next few days other reps from would be contacting me me further discuss my questions, but that the deposit of $399 was only good for that day and she doesn't want me to lose it. She sends the quote and guides me on clicking on the blue link at the top to put my credit card information. She's coercing me as I'm asking questions and keeps saying she don't want me to lose this deal. She wished she had this deal when she got her surgery. I will have all the time to ask all the questions. It wasn't until after I paid that she told me they would send me forms for my doctor to fill out and if my doctors doesn't pass me I won't be able to get the surgery, but I could get the deposit back. I said I should get it back if I cancel as well and she said no. I said why didn't you tell me that, she said its in the terms and conditions. I said what terms and conditions. She said on the quote. I said where on the quote? I saw nothing. The deposit invoice that was sent said nothing about no refund. I asked her why she didn't tell me about these terms and conditions at the bottom? Why, although I know why, rush me to provide the payment and not make sure I understood everything. All she said was oh you can reach out to the billing department for a refund. There was more, but this is enough,for now.

Worst thing I ever did paid over 7k no results if you see this post run from this place asap
