I would give this place zero stars , It’s been 2yrs since I haven’t heard from them ! They kept more than 1,800 and never gave me my money back ! SAID THEY WILL REFUND ME AND NEVER EVER DID !!! Even after I send them my documentation saying my doctor didn’t allow me to get the surgery! Please don’t waste your time! I AM ALSO GIVING THEM AT THE END OF the month and I’ll proceed legal actions!!

Scam* scam* scam* they should be on the news Do not book with them I put down a deposit of 2,700 shortly after I was not cleared for surgery they have not sent my refund the story’s of botched surgery’s and robbery is true it’s been almost a year they duck my calls no one answers any of the numbers except for sales to get more victims they have horrible customer service and they purposely keep your money to many people have complained of theft from this company be careful ladies. I will be seeking legal help

I saw the doctor and after paying my deposit of $500 the doctor stated he couldn’t to the surgery because of current health issue that I mention over the phone during intake. It’s been almost 6 months and every time I call for refund of my money they say they gonna get back and they don’t .basically dodging my calls & emails.

They scheduled my surgery, waited until I paid off the entire balance then the surgeon cancelled my surgery even though my PCP cleared me. They cancelled my surgery in June and I am STILL waiting on my refund. 5,500. They have terrible communication and half the staff doesn’t speak English or even know what they are talking about. I’m giving it 1 more week and my lawyer will be suing. DO NOT BOOK WITH THEM.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!! Do not use Goal Plastic Surgery and especially not get your surgery with Dr. Pitman . All of them are horrible. They will never bother to send you the instructions right after your surgery . They will keep Scheduling you for fake follow-up appointments, weeks after weeks!. You will never speak,text or see the doctor ever again. They only care about the money, but what happened to you later on is not their problem. Even if you having issues with your surgery wounds. RUN FOR YOUR LIFE. WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE

The lack of communication that I have received from Goals weight loss department is baffling. I paid for my injections on February 29th and completed all the required bloodwork. Someone from the weight loss department texted me this past Tuesday asking if I had completed my consultation with Dr. Pittman I advised the individual “no” then I was told that someone would be in contact with me March 15th to confirm my appointment for March 18th. The 15th came around and no call no nothing! I has to call multiple times on Friday requesting to speak with a supervisor and no supervisor had contact me. At this point everyone at Goals are liars and they are definitely thieves. Well they have the right one because I will be filling a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. I hope a supervisor read this review you guys are a JOKE!

Everybody has different experiences and different results. Dr Perkins was my doctor ! Not once, not twice, but 3xs and each experience was met beyond measures for me. I did Lipo 360 and double BBL. Going to Dr Perkins 3 times was all my choices to keep going back. When I talked he listened! I had a great coordinator by the name Stephanie( Bronx location )who is very informative and attentive. When I requested to speak with my doctor before surgery my request was met. Even the days of my surgery. I was able to tell Dr. P what I wanted how I wanted to look and what I felt needed to be fixed. He over exceeded my request where I am beyond pleased. My healing process was very easy going because I followed the recommended post op care that was given. Not to much on my Doctor because he’s one of the top ones there in my opinion.

I only gave one star because it’s impossible to give zero stars . DO NOT GO TO GOALS!!!! This is a warning sign. The Harlem facility is very small. So small they had me waiting in the bathroom before my surgery rather than waiting in a surgery waiting area, yes it was clean, but how hygienic is it to wait in a public bathroom where they have you change your clothes, and everyone uses bathroom before your surgery. some staff are very nice however the communication between patients and staff is slim to none. Make sure you double and triple check the procedure that you were getting so they do not make any mistakes on giving you something that you did not pay for and or not getting what you paid for. I’m big on communicating with your patients, and checking to see how they are feeling post-op. You can send over a million emails and voicemails and NO ONE WILL contact you until DAYS OR MONTHS later (it took the staff a month after my surgery to even call me back). Do not waste your money, and time going through them, you will be greatly disappointed. I am a week post-op and I’ve called every single person in the office as well as sent messages and I’m still waiting for a response. Ladies do yourselves a favor and go to a place where you can talk with your Doctors that will be preforming your surgery and not a basic representative. I now have to spend extra money on a revision. If I could go back I WOULD NOT HAVE GONE TO GOALS. Dr. Perkins performed my BBL surgery, and just like all the other women he did not take his time nor even mark me for the CORRECT PROCEDURE. HE DID NOT perform a double BBL just like a medical professional should have. It’s sad that a company like this is taking a vantage of women and their hard earned money just to make a quick buck. Ladies go to somewhere that cares about how you want to look and discuss your body goals and pre and post op plans with you as a medical professional that takes pride in their work, I had a horrible experience and I would never ever recommend them for anyone else. Now I have to look into a second round with a different company to fix all of the mistakes that goals were supposed to do , just don’t do it.

I wished I could give zero stars. The staff are rude and never follow back with you, I had Stephanie as my provider, she never got back to me, found out she left goals and blocked my number. Their services are AWFUL, BTW. Search them up on the internet. They have lots of death rates and none of the doctors are board certified. DONT let the cheap prices foool you. Most of the time their services are a scam, they only work decent on influencers and celebrities. They are not qualified and they will steal your money. Do your research before thinking about scheduling any surgery dates with them. I made that mistake by dropping a deposit. But I would rather lose $500 than lose my life. The choice is yours.

I would provide zero stars if possible. They changed my procedure time and place just days before the procedure. My procedure was on a Friday and scheduled/paid for months in advance. The post op massage was to take place in ridge field. I drove over 2 hours and even got an Airbnb for this procedure. Just to be told they don’t do massages on Saturday at the ridge field location (this was scheduled by the company months ago). Fast forward to Sunday, they rescheduled my massage to another location in Ny which is extremely inconvenient. They stated they do not provide refunds so you are essentially stuck. It’s been over 48 hours, I had to YouTube how to drain myself because I was leaking fluid everywhere i went. And now I am also losing money because I have to continue to call out of work. Please be mindful when choosing where to have your procedures done. Also, I have yet to receive any post op care instructions. I don’t see how I had to provide payment and lab results so urgently and now i can’t even get someone on the phone to resolve this ongoing matter. Ladies, take my experience and learn from it and go spend your money with a company who will reach out just as urgently to confirm your well being as they do when you need to make a payment.

Emily R was my consultant/rep she was amazing,very informative, was quick to respond and had answers to any questions I had about my upcoming surgery she was very friendly, outgoing , and Knowledgeable!! She made me feel super comfortable about getting my surgery. 5 stars for Emily 👍🏼 I’ll be having my surgery in the next two weeks and I’m super excited about it !!!☺️☺️

I am all about body positivity and Goals catered to that. From curiosity to completion, they followed me through the journey. They understood that I just wanted to improve on what I had and honored that. The day of the procedure was quick and easy and everything I would need was included In my package so I didn't have to worry about buying unnecessary stuff. The aftercare is also a breeze with friendly staff explaining everything and I was back up and running in 72 hrs. I'm definitely ready for summer and the beach now.

I'm starting to make arrangements for a bbl surgery and I can't deny I'm nervous because is a big big step for me in get my body better . Im planning to do it in New York what office ? I need more info but I hope this not a scam n be real ! I'm exited I can't wait !!
