Go & Drive Driving School Reviews

Watched as one of their instructors blocked part of the intersection at Indian school and the 101, and made an illegal right turn on red (there's a sign). I had tried to sign my daughter up for lessons with them but I'm very thankful their website wouldn't let me complete the process. One star reviews I've issued have been earned, as has this one. I've referred my friends with teenage drivers to other schools.

Señor Doug was great. Even with a little bit of language barrier he was still able to communicate effectively and teach my stubborn ex wife how to drive. He made her feel at ease and comfortable with the lessons, unlike when I was trying to teach her and I would freak out as she was about to run up onto the center divider after doing a u-turn. All in all, if you have someone who is in need of professional driving lessons, I highly recommend Go and Drive and especially Doug!

I highly recommend Go & drive. I had Daniel and he is such an amazing Teacher. I can say I got my drivers license today feeling well educated about the road and different scenarios. When I was super nervous he talked me through and helped me to feel at ease which made driving the high Traffic roads, free way and construction obstacles so much easier & it helped me to know for future references what to do. Thank You Go & Drive for helping me to get my license. ❤❤

I can’t say enough about the great experience and confidence This class provided our son. Doug Povinelli was a phenomenal instructor and my son felt very comfortable with him. It was a good break being away from me and my passenger side breaks. I think it’s important for kids to have a professional teach him how to drive properly, parallel parking, freeway driving and navigate this city and all the craziness that can occur. Just wanted to thank Sidney. My son was extremely nervous about driving and Sidney was amazing about pushing him out of his comfort zone (in a good way) and getting him to feel comfortable about moving from driving in neighborhoods onto driving on the main roads.

The team at Go and Drive provided a wonderful experience. They answer the phone when you call and are great at answering all of our questions. The instructors arrived on time for appointments, and delivered a great level of service and safety. Trevor was a great driving instructor for our son. Would highly recommend!

Anthony Hernandez is an amazing instructor who provided me with the tools I need to be a perfect driver. The car was amazing, the experience was amazing, too many good things to say.

There are no words in any language that can express our deep gratitude and appreciation for our son's instructor at Go & Drive Driving School. The saying it takes a village to raise a child is 100% correct. After every lesson our son arrived home with knowledge that we could not have passed to him. If you are a nervous parent and/or wanting to give your son or daughter a leg up in driving I highly recommend this driving school. Our son had the same instructor for the 10 hours he was behind the wheel. His instructor administered the test and even took him to the DMV to get his license. I don't normally write reviews, but I wanted to let the world know how great this school is. If I could give this school 10 stars, I would. I recently bought the Ultimate package and went through the permit test all the way through to getting my license. The instructors are amazing! James made me feel very comfortable on our session together, and made me much more confident out on the road. Christina was truly a superstar. I had two sessions with her, including the one with the license test. She absolutely was delightful, helpful and patient. She was reassuring and gave great guidance. Even when we were dealing with an unfortunate situation from another driver on the road, she kept calm and was very reassuring to me. I wish Christina could be my mentor in other things because she was so amazing! Honestly, I never imagined in my life I would be capable of being comfortable on the road, but the team here made all the difference. I could not be happier! Thank you all so much for everything!!!

I just got my drivers license, it took about 1 month, I had Daniel and Christina and they were both amazing and accommodating to my needs.
