We acknowledge that you were aware of your flight delay, which unfortunately coincided with delays from other passengers that night, circumstances beyond our control. Despite these challenges, we want to emphasize that at no point was there any accident or a driver nearly falling asleep at the wheel. Our records show that your first booking with us was on July 7, 2023, and since then, you have made 10 bookings. We are grateful for your support and the multiple recommendations you’ve made. We have consistently gone above and beyond to accommodate every booking, even absorbing costs from waiting for delayed flights and not charging extra when you mistakenly booked for the wrong date. In February 2024, you highlighted via WhatsApp that you invited 179 people to like our social media and referred us personally due to your satisfaction with our service. This demonstrates the level of trust and happiness you had with us until now. We understand that recent delays at Gatwick have caused frustration, but attributing these delays to overbooking or implying a driver might fall asleep is not accurate. We informed you about the delays prior to your departure, and these were widespread issues at Gatwick, not due to our service practices. I'm sorry you feel this way, but as mentioned in the message to you both, the flights before you are delayed, which is out of our control, we offered you a solution of an earlier pick up time, which you wanted a discount for which we are unable to give, you chose to find someone else. As far as we were concerned with the last message we send wishing you both a fab holiday. Your 1 star review is a reflection of Gatwicks' delayed flights, instead you're discrediting us when all we tried to do is help you.
