Sneaky Lying Company
Absolutely the worst experience ever. After a problem with first contract they have me sign a second contract. They wanted to lay plywood on top of current rotting flooring. Which was not what was agreed to. Then show up with wrong product that is not Wheelchair approved as specifically requested. Now the is threatening to take 40% of my down payment. When they are the ones who failed to fulfill the contract. I wanted hardwood floors and needed the subfloor repaired. Their idea of repair was to put plywood on top of rotting subfloor. They showed up with vinyl instead. I spoke with multiple people and waited for my supposed return phone call. Waited over a week and no one called. Called them myself. They want to take 40% my money or expect me to consider renegotiating another product. Hmmm...what would you do?

Fair quality but unclear pricing
The pricing seemed overly high, and unfortunately, there was no detailed breakdown provided to understand the costs better. While the quality of the products and services appeared decent, the lack of transparency made it harder to justify the expense. Clearer communication would improve the overall experience.
