Fantastic work on our garage door We had an urgent need for a garage door replacement after an accidental damage. A1 Garage Doors impressed us right from the start with their attention to detail. Although we had different ideas initially, their expert suggestion to match the garage door with the house's walls and choose a modern style was perfect. The end result exceeded our expectations, and we're absolutely thrilled with how fantastic it looks!

HORRIBLE Extremely disappointing. Firstly contacted them Saturday and someone was sent to attend. Man arrived few hours after and thought how good is this that he showed. Only to not have the springs to repair. Told me then Sunday/Monday. Monday 3pm is booked when I follow them up Monday morning. 4:30PM Monday man shows with spring. To then tell me the motor needs replacing. He told me could repair but not sure what it is and when I pushed what the actual problem is he had absolutely no idea what he was talking about and just talking crap. I told him to leave. Was charged $550 "cash". Had another man out the next day. Motor was fine. Switch needed to be turned on to be reprogrammed as the man had played with buttons and had no idea what he was doing. Was also told the springs are $350 + GST. I then contacted the owner to inform him of the above as he was not the man who attended. Gave them the chance to rectify the blatant rip off and attempt to upsell a motor for no reason but no care is given. Am awaiting response from ombudsman for next steps on my end.

Outstanding garage door service I have a panel door that had gotten really noisy over time and was getting hard to open. John came out and replaced a couple of rollers and gave it a great service and it’s moving smoother and quieter than ever. I’m impressed. Thanks mate.

Friendly service from the first phone call. Same-day service and the knowledge, advice, and technical ability of the service tech, John was outstanding. After explaining all of the options available to me, we decided a new motor was the way to go. In under an hour, it was replaced and John stayed to install it after 5 pm just to ensure the job was done and all with a smile on his face. I'm so grateful for the advice and assistance given. Had a broken spring on our panel lift door. Rang around and all except A1 garage doors were a week to two weeks lead time. Out of need, gave them a crack and was very impressed with the timeliness, professionalism and attitude towards the work. Very impressed and will change to them for my servicing from now on.
