Hotel room was a bit small with no view but clean, tidy and with aircon. Breakfast was good. Staff was nice. What really upset me is that they claim they have parking but they actually don't. I came to Innsbruck late at night after driving for a while so I was exhausted. I drove around their hotel looking for an entrance to the parking for close to 30 minutes. During this whole time I thought I was doing something wrong but, it turns out, they don't have parking. I ended up parking in a public garage and walked to the hotel. I was then told that's where I should've gone from the beginning because they'll pay for my parking there - but, you don't get that information before hand. So, fine hotel but be aware if you're driving to it.

Very nice place. Great.pumpkin soup! The roasted pumpkin oil with the bread is outstanding.

PÉSSIMO! Tudo péssimo! Nossa torneira de água da pia estava entupida e não dava para usar uma das pias. Não conseguimos tomar banho pois a água do chuveiro não esquentava o suficiente. Não tinham amenidades de banho. Me venderam uma tap wather por 12 euros 2 garrafas. Eu reclamei quando vi que era tap wather e a moça da recepção cancelou a compra. Quando chegamos no hotel ninguém nos ajudou com as malas e nem nos instruíram direito sobre o estacionamento. Quando pedi um mapa da cidade apenas me entregaram sem me dar nenhuma explicação. Então eu pedi para que pelo menos me marcassem o hotel. O gerente do restaurante extremamente grosseiro e mal educado. Não me atendeu quando o solicitei e ainda foi grosseiro. Fora que ele tratou mal a atendente jovem do restaurante, ela ficou constrangida.

wir reservierten einen Tisch zum Geburtstags Essen. Kellner Mario betreute uns von Beginn an perfekt und freundlich. Das Tartar vom Rind, das Kalbsrahm Gulasch und das Hirschfilet waren von bester Qualität, hervorragend Zubereitet und angerichtet. Der Cabernet Sauvignon aus Niederösterreich war ausgezeichnet. Die Atmosphäre war dem besonderen Abend gerecht. Es ist immer wieder ein Genuss in diesem Restaurant zu speisen.

Geiles Schnitzel, super schöne alt Stadt, nettes Personal. Ist nur teuer, aber meiner Meinung nach kann man das Mal machen.

Outstanding service! Beautiful restaurant and wonderful attention to detail. Steak, pepper sauce, vegetables and a potato. The sirloin steak was slightly tough, the pepper sauce could do with some more pepper, the veg and potato was outstanding so all round a lonely night. The red wine was a hit and didn’t break the bank. A nice romantic little place.

음식은 훌륭했고 서버는 친절했으며 식당 분위기는 아늑하고.... 6시에 들어갈때는 자리 많았는데 7시 넘어서 나올때 보니 웨이팅이 생기더라는.... 일찍가세요 ㅎ

Excellent food, great atmosphere and really good service, highly recommend

Sehr nette kompetente Bedienung, ist auf unsere Wünsche eingegangen. Das Schnitzel war hervorragend, der Kartoffelsalat hat gemundet. Das eigene Cola war auch sehr fein. Wenn ich wieder mal in Innsbruck bin, gehe ich sehr gerne wieder dort essen.

Stopped here for lunch and took the waiter on his word the special was good. Both my wife and I enjoyed our meal and the excellent service. Stairs to the 3rd floor were like a mini Cabellas.
