Matt was incredibly knowledgeable about the products and took the time to understand my needs before recommending the perfect solution for me. 5 ++ Stars from me! I can't appropriately express in words what an amazing experience I had at Good Feet Store in Natick, MA with Denton. Denton is incredibly knowledgeable about the products Good Feet offers. He is not your typical sales/customer service rep. Denton is passionate about his work educating and helping the customers find relief from pain and discomfort, not only in their feet but in the areas of the body that are affected by improperly supported feet, in their daily life! I immediately felt relief and comfort when I had my fitting. I may or may not have shed a few tears of joy. I truly felt this was a shot in the dark. So happy I was wrong! I have been wearing my new (amazing) sneakers and arch supports for a month now and everything that Denton explained that I would experience when getting used to them, was SPOT ON, all in a good way. I recently went back for a (free) upgrade as I had reached a point of feeling like I was ready to get the next level of support. Denton was there to assist me and answer all of my questions, i.e. how to properly insert the arch supports into my sandals and flats. His response to my every question was, "that's easy"! I was in and out in 20 minutes with my new arch supports and excited to wear sandals, comfortably, for the first time in 10 years!!!!!!! This was the best investment I made for myself, ever! Buyer beware. This place is a total scam. It is NOT a footwear store fyi. The lowest package for their orthotics is $1400+. We went in with severe foot pain hoping they'd help. We spent over $1800 and they couldn't even size us correctly for sneakers. Went to an actual podiatrist weeks later, and she told us the orthotics given were completely inappropriate for our feet, and in fact wearing them would harm us and make the problem worse. We reached out to Katrina and Jeff multiple multiple times and even visited the stores. It's been weeks and they still haven't gotten an answer from corporate as to where and how we can return these shoes/inserts. Absolutely ridiculous. We purchased them on the good faith that they were custom to our issue and would help us and now we are dealing with a stressful, drawn out return process. Just go to a podiatrist for real custom orthotics which cost like $400 and save yourself the stress and pain from getting taken in by this scam of a company.

In my line of work, I am on my feet for 10-12 hours a day by the end of the day I was always in pain and ready to get off my feet. I never thought my back and knee pain were because of my feet. Katerina was able to help me understand how it’s all connected and get me the support I needed. She was super knowledgeable and I couldn’t believe the instant change in my posture and overall body comfort. I will recommend to anyone who will listen!!

As a bartender I am on my feet for up to 12 hours a shift, I have constant back pain and knee pain. I figured I’d give the good feet store a try and felt an instant relief of pain in my back with a lot of reduced pressure on my knee as well. Katerina was knowledgeable and able to help me understand my pain. I’ve strongly recommended to all my co workers and suggest you go in to see her too!

My grandmother has been experiencing a lot of issues with balance and heel pain, after hearing all of the tv commercials we decided to go in and try out arch supports. The manager Katerina was extremely kind to my grandmother and ensured her of all of her worries while helping her understand the product and how it will help her.
