I really appreciated how considerate and patient they were, making sure I understood all the features and benefits of the products. Even though I didn’t make a purchase this time, I’ll definitely be coming back to pick up something soon. The quality of the products and the outstanding service really impressed me. Tony & Shirley from Good Massage Outlet were amazing to deal with. They were super accommodating and the showroom was well set up. Relaxing music in the background which paired well with the demonstrations for the Massage Chairs I was looking at. Tony knew what he was talking about with features and performed examples well. I never felt pushed or pressured to buy and fair examples of differences between models were well presented. Overall the service was great! Would definitely recommend the Good Massage Outlet. Got the GM200 Plus (I think it's Wondera 3D in the website) and the experience from buying to using the chair has been amazing. Doris was very accommodating and patient, answering tons of our questions. On the massage chair, super recommend this based on it's price point and features (I love the stretching mode!).
