Decided on GoodLiving for my automated dryer rack after visiting four different company showrooms. GoodLiving offered the best warranty terms. Very pleased with the purchase. Easy to use and connect to phone. The automated dryer rack is sturdy and was able to support a quilt cover and a bedsheet at the same time. Good to have this system for clothes that are recommended not to be put in a dryer. The Tricolour light is able to light up that part of the kitchen effectively as well.

Recently bought an automated laundry rack from GoodLiving and it has been fantastic! The installation process was smooth and efficient. Rack is sturdy, and the automated features like height adjustment and drying functions work perfectly. It has made hanging clothes so much easier and more convenient.

Thank you, GoodLiving Singapore. I have finally found the solution to my problem with laundry. Goodbye backaches and aching arms. We got the platinum pro system. Not only is it so easy to use, it is also very aesthetically pleasing. The staff at GoodLiving was very friendly and readily clarified all our queries and was prompt in their actions. Thank you! I engaged the services of GoodLiving Singapore to install the Smart Laundry Track System The Platinum Pro Space (Grey). I must say I'm truly impressed with the services before and during installation. The staff whom I communicated with Lisa was very open to questions and responses were helpful in making a decision to install the system. During installation, the staff was very committed in not only precise and accurate installation of the track but also helped to clear the debri on his own accord. My balcony was left sparkling clean after the drilling and cementing process. I would strongly recommend their services for those seeking for small and convenient living. With the current market being saturated with so many different brands of automated laundry systems, it was definitely confusing for both myself and my husband when we tried to find the one to install at our new home. However, the staffs at Goodliving were very helpful when we visited them at the showroom as they patiently showed us the different models and clearly explained the respective specifications. It was also a plus point that the staff was not pushy and allowed us sufficient space to deliberate on which model to get - depending on our needs and preferences. While we have not started to use the device yet as we have yet to shift in, the overall experience thus far has been great - from initial sales to delivery and installation. We would recommend for new homeowners to look for them for a honest and fuss-free experience.

First time user of smart laundry with drying function. Its great for indoor drying. It comes with remote control but the app on phone allows better control. It can fit a full load 9kg wash clothes and able to 95% dry with 4hr ion heater. The indoor area must be ventilated to allow moisture to escape. No need for bamboo hanger stick to lift individual piece of cloth up. The automated rack can move up or down with my command. Hope it last.

Ashley served us from D1 over Whatsapp, patiently explained the different models to us in their showroom, and finally guiding us on the selection that best fits our usage during the fair to get the most valuable deal. The installation was also smooth and punctual, Tommy notified us in advanced, after the installation, he carefully explained how to use the items, and gave some thoughtful reminders such as taking note of our beam before pushing the rack up or down, and other kind gentle reminders to take care of the rack. Honestly, I don’t think there’s anything I can hiam out of this whole experience la, so thanks Ashley & Tommy!
