Garbage staff. The only people that were friendly were the customs agents. That should tell you something. Embarrassed to know this is how our airport treats travelers. We waited for over an hour and a half at a baggage claim before luggage started to come out. Numerous people tried to find out some information. We were told to "just wait."

Next to EWR, O’Hare has to be the worst in the country. Completely outdated terminals, rude staff, and your flight will most likely be delayed…or you’ll have to wait a half hour to get to ur gate once you land.

This airport is HUGE!!!!! Be prepared to walk and wear the proper footwear for it. Being an international airport it should be assumed that there will be tons of people and lots to offer. It did and it does. Runs like a well oiled machine. Make sure you plan ahead and have time to navigate this location.

Austin flight landed at 9:40 am and now it is 10:40 am and we are still waiting to be connected to the bridge , I never seen such a thing anywhere else

Stranded here and find no restaurants or shops open after 9 p.m. and Admirals club lounge would not be nice even though they cancelled my flight not just once but twice. So stuck with the option of spending the night in a chair or tey to sleep on the old floor. They would not give me a hotel voucher. Seemed not to care. And when I do get on a flight the "only choice" they gave me is to fly 1000 miles east and the change planes to fly 1200 mes west. Once upon a time American Airlines was a good way to travel. Not so much any more. Hope I never have to return to Ohare.
