One of the worst company’s I have ran in to. No one at the company knows what they are doing, wait until the last minute to do their job. Not sure Jo has ever closed a loan before. Several times she said she would do something and then blow it off. Had to pay to extend loan because they wouldn’t do either job. Turned in blank forms unsigned into my current mortgage company and seemed surprised they didn’t get the info they wanted. Wish I could leave a no star. Use only if you want to waste money and time and have to call every day and complaint if you want them to close a loan after they get money out of you.
