We had our inset stove installed in mid-November. The guys were great and the customer service was top-notch! Thank you Martina and Andy for helping us figure out how to use our new stove! The heat we get from it is amazing! Much better than our open fire! Very happy with our purchase! We would highly recommend you guys!

I had a pellet stove installed by Andy and the team 6 months ago. They were punctual and clean. Stove was installed perfectly and I've had absolutely no problems. Literally the best investment and I'm thrilled with it now on these cold stormy days. Have recommended to family without hesitation. Love it!

We bought 5 beautiful stoves from Hacketts which they installed. I can't say enough good things about Hacketts, they provide an excellent service, super professional and friendly - from Orla and Martina in the office to Andy and his great team! We would absolutely recommend Hacketts and they are our go-to people for anything stove related.

We had our stove replaced last week, and I’m sitting in front of the new one now with a roaring fire going. Every step in the process was lovely, and everyone was tremendously helpful and efficient. The consultation visit to the house, the installation, the phone calls, the payment. They kindly explained how to use the stove and gave me a manual as well to make sure I knew how to heat the house while not burning it down. Couldn’t be more relieved to have it done before the cold becomes something to reckon with. Thank you all!

We recently got a fireplace installed by Andy and his team and we are so happy with it. It looks amazing and really makes a sitting room special. Top quality workmanship and very fast and clean. Andy arrived promptly for our first estimation of the job and again promptly on the date the stove was installed . We just had our firpelace replaced by Hackett Fireplaces and i have to say from the very first communication with Martina in the office to Andy calling out to the house for survey they were excellent. The work that has just been completed in my house is of the highest standard. Every inch of flooring was covered by the fitters. Highly recommend. We Got the Vitae Cassette stove with florence white fireplace in 60 Inch.
