Paul and his team consisting of Marcos and Cecia did an awesome job repairing problems on my Tesla Powerwall Gateway and Enphase Systems. These systems were previously installed by ADT. Marcos and Cecia know their job! They were very friendly, and very hard working. They fully communicated the problems and provided me clear understanding of what needed to be done to fix it. Go Solar was a great company to work with - it was a lengthy process and all along the way they kept us informed, had a team assigned to us and responded immediately to any questions or concerns. We got a new roof first, and then our solar panels. It took FPL and the city quite a while to give us the all clear (3 -5 weeks) but now we are producing our own electricity :-) Hopefully our next bill will be close to zero.

Very customer friendly got my system up and running happy customer special mention to Paul for his persistence.

Great experience with Conrad from Go Power.

After months of research i finally decided on eliminating my electric bill. I had to sort through an infinite number of opinions from neighbors and misleading news stories. A conservative friend of mine whose new home is 100% powered by solar helped dispel 90% of the misconceptions and hearsay. When you purchase solar be very wary of the solar salesmen from unscrupulous companies. Thankfully my research led me to Go Solar. I dealt with knowledgeable, professional, and friendly and staff. Misinformation about solar is endless, i cannot imagine a greater threat to the power & oil companies than the free sunlight. My guess is big oil is hard at work researching clouds.

I can't say enough good things about this company! They stepped up to assist in replacing my Tesla Powerwall. ADT purchased the original installation company, but when the Powerwall failed under warranty, they claimed they were not responsible for installation. Tesla helped me find Go Solar Power as a certified installer. I worked with Paul Gallivan throughout the process, and he provided great customer service. He was in constant contact we me & with Tesla to obtain the Powerwall & schedule the installation. I was so pleased with Go Solar Power that I reached out to Enphase to transfer my on-going service to their Piece of Mind program. I was also very pleased with Steve Morgan who came out to make the installation. Very professional & pleasant to work with. I highly recommend Go Solar Power to anyone looking into obtaining a Solar Energy System. Customer Service is their top priority.

Nothing they have promised has been accomplished... a struggle even after so many calls and text messages...from the roofing replacement which was a mess...to the panels that doesn't produce enough to cover the monthly use...I am always paying more than $29 to FPL , which the amount was described to me when contract was signed...

We had a great experience with Go Solar and everyone there. We went with them after receiving many estimates. Richard was in particular a lot of help and answered every question we had in great detail as well as help us through every step of the permitting, re-roof, and solar installation process.

I had a 21KW system installed by Go Solar Power in February 2024. In choosing a solar company I found them to have far more experience and better reviews then most other companies. Our Sales person David O. was much more knowledgeable then any other company we consulted. I am not easily impressed, as I do very significant research before a large investment like this, but David had serious in depth answers for any questions we had from beginning to end of install and afterwards when we had other questions. His knowledge was by far second to none and I felt very comfortable dealing with him and Go Solar Power. The system was built to exacting standards, impressive actually, since we have a large system with twin arrays. Everything was perfectly level, perfectly lined up with the sun and performs exactly, will actually, better then specifications. The install crew was very courteous, and worked from 7:00AM until after dark on several days and had the entire system built and ready to turn on in about 7 working days, start to finish. The workmanship on the arrays, wiring and electrical control/access boxes was very clean and tidy. I have heard and seen horror stories about bad setups with electrical boxes and wiring done in a messy and unprofessional manner and Go Solar Power's was done expertly and clean. All county/state inspections passed first time around. The system has been running for 6 months now with zero issues, producing power as expected and on the clearest sunniest days producing maximum output for a good chunk of the day (peak sun angle). I cannot say enough about how professional and knowledgeable everyone at Go Solar Power was, especially David O. and Evan P. Even today when I have a question about our system they are quick to respond, long after the project was finished. I highly recommend them and will be using them for future projects on my property. Go Solar is a fabulous company. We got a ton of information to help us make a decision ( we’re engineers so …). Go solar was so much more helpful than two other companies, making a choice was easy. Throughout the whole job, we were kept up to date on progress and our Go Solar contacts led us through the approval process from HOA to city permits. We had a great experience and are now enjoying our Georgia sunshine as it powers our air conditioner.

Great company with a great product. Now that we've had the system, our electric bill, with feel like temps over 100, has been $29.00 per month!!!!! That's amazing. And, the Tesla backups have kicked on when we've had a couple of power outages. We are so happy we did this, and Go Solar are so professional.

Shantava provided excellent customer service when she assisted with my request for help. I had an array of panels that were not working. Shantava listened to my concerns, scheduled a service appointment at my home and kept me informed along the way. All was resolved within 24hrs. She provided timely, thorough and pleasant communications thru to the end. You have a smile in your voice Shantava, keep shining that bright light, you're a "Super Star"!
