Jerry this post is simply not true. We don’t have any contract with you. I told you I would try for Friday or Saturday. We tried to call you to reschedule as the crew that was going to attempt the repair was ill. Please provide the quote we gave you for a new roof at $40,000 as I can’t find it in my records nor can I find where I told you I won’t do the repair I only want to replace. I do hundreds of repairs for my customers as I was going to do my best to provide this repair for you putting you in front of my other customers because of the situation you explained to me about the other roofer. I tried to help as I felt bad for your situation. I never promised a specific date I only told you I would try my best. I have receipts of correspondence where we tried to contact you. My ops manager went out to your home to trouble shoot on 2 occasions. She even offered to tarp and you declined. I also have the texts of you threatening me to do the repair or else. Now I don’t feel comfortable doing this repair as you are trying to bully and threaten me. I refuse to be bullied. I showed you kindness and you cussed out my staff on the phone. I have a great team. I will not stand for them being disrespected when they were keeping you posted on the situation. Unfortunately we cannot do the repair today because of that.
