My hot water heater developed a small crack that eventually became a big mess. I didn't know there was a problem developing until one day I stepped on squishy, wet carpet. While replacing the water heater, we found out there appeared to be mold in the walls from where there had been a small leak for an extended period. Shon Boswell, Matthew, Ryan and all the other employees of Go Time Cleaning and Restoration were very nice and helpful with the water and mold remediation that was needed. They explained the entire process in detail and made sure I understood everything. They were very professional and did an excellent job. They helped me arranged for a mold inspection from another company who was also very nice, professional, thorough and yet also quick. Shon explained my rights for getting the work done and put me in touch with a private adjuster so I didn't have to deal with whatever remediation company my insurance company insisted I use. (I went through remediation once years ago with a water leak in a bathroom and it was a nightmare which went on for almost a year with a company which did a horrible job.) This process unfortunately started just before two major hurricanes hit our area a few days apart, so Go Time had a lot of clients (and their own employees) who needed much more help than I did, but they still finished my project in a timely fashion. I would definitely use their company again and highly recommend them to anyone else who needs remediation work done.

Shon and team did an absolutely fantastic job after the unfortunate disaster of Hurricane Helene. Storm surge flooded our home and I was skeptical of certain remediation companies after reading stories from hurricane Ian. Shon answered the phone after hours and came out the next day to provide a quote, which was incredibly reasonably priced in comparison to other larger remediation companies. Shon was honest, responsive, and informative throughout the ordeal which was the first step in what is likely to be a long recovery road ahead. He also provided all the necessary documentation/credentials required by the insurance company immediately after the job was complete. I certainly wouldn't wish such hurricane related destruction on my worst enemy, but if you need remediation work, it is comforting to know there are honest and hard working people out there who aren't attempting to capitalize on your loss. Shon and his team completed quality, thorough work, and I would highly recommend them for any remediation services needed in the future.

I reached out to Go Time after Hurricane Debby and Shon the owner took the call. I had rain damage in my house and after an initial phone conversation, Shon immediately went over to my house to take some readings and do an initial assessment. Shon then called me back with his assessment and possible courses of action which did not initially include expensive drying and remediation process of the house. He suggested getting my windows resealed and after that he would come back again and test the house to see if there was lingering water issues. Shon was super responsiveness, informative and professional and I would trust him to do any water, fire or mold remediation and restoration project I may have in the future.
