Not all the types of individual chocolate are perfect, some are, but some are disappointing. Still, the hot chocolate is always superb, hence 5 stars :)

I've been visiting since the start of this year on Saturdays and have returned time and time again, for the amazing service. The most lovely man named Jamie always serves the most delicious coffee, topped off with the sweetest, most attentive manner. A really valuable member to the team. I've noticed this not just with me but all the other customers and even their little ones - so refreshing to see customer service that truely makes you smile. Keep up the amazing work!

Coffee was ok but took forever the barista was messaging on her phone which not only delayed me but is just gross. Seriously don't put the lid on my coffee after using your mobile. This place has often had arrogant staff except for the wonderful Francis.

I’d give it zero if I could. I was pressed for time. Barely a person in the place. Ordered. The single coffee I ordered took an eternity while I watched time pass quickly. Had to leave without my coffee. Should have asked for my money back but that discussion takes time too. Hopeless service. Enjoy the unwilling donation I’ve made to you

This charming chocolate café is a great spot for an afternoon treat.
I ordered a cappuccino, hazelnut hot chocolate, and a few pieces of chocolate, and everything was delightful.
Perfect for a small post-tea indulgence.
