I recently had the pleasure of working with Grace Plumbing and their builder from Reno Tech, for a complete bathroom renovation, and I couldn't be happier with the results. I first contacted Grace Plumbing in early October, and Brad from Grace Plumbing, along with Daniel the Builder from Reno Tech, came out to assess the project. We were looking to do a full fit-out, including moving the toilet wall and replacing the floors. Brad and Daniel were both professional, knowledgeable, and easy to work with from the very start. We received the quotes within a few days, which were clear and reasonable, and we accepted them promptly. The work began within two weeks of the initial visit, which was impressive. The whole process was seamless, thanks to the collaboration between Grace Plumbing and Reno Tech. Communication was excellent throughout, and both teams worked efficiently and effectively. The renovation was completed on time, and the quality of work was outstanding. Now that the bathroom is finished, we are absolutely thrilled with the results. It’s exactly what we envisioned, and the transformation is amazing.
