From start to finish, Gramex has been great! Justin gave us our free quote, which we found was literally half of what other places were quoting us. Throughout the process, we have felt supported and valued as customers. The owner, Sam, called us personally to thank us for our business. Langston helped us navigate ongoing communication with our HOA’s management company and get all of our ducks in a row. Rafael completed the work quickly and was so friendly and easy to work with! Overall, it has been a pleasure working with Gramex and we look forward to hiring them for our next project. Thank you all for making an intimidating project so, so easy!

I’ve hired Great American Exteriors for four projects over the years: new garage construction, roof replacement, car pad rebuild, and full house re-siding. Some of these were major efforts. The fact that I keep going back to them says a lot about my experience. Two things stand out, and they are most important. First: They always deliver to the original estimate. They never play the game of suddenly “discovering” complications mid-project. Their contract cost is gospel. Second: the quality of their finished product is exceptional. The work they did on my aging house (built 1950) has given it a new life. As we close the last project, I’m already talking with them about the next. I’m not taking chances with anyone else.

Overall great experience and exceeded expectations. Sales guy Derek was great, very knowledgeable and quick with being able to provide an in person estimate and as promised they stood by the estimate amount. New wall looks great! Tuck pointing seemed to be a breeze along with new siding. They were hard working, finished on time and aimed to please. Plus they were patient with timing as foundational work needed to be completed first. Only negative feedback was confirmation when they would be showing up. But overall experience was far too great to impact their score. Think a bit more old school sales tactics to paper and pencil estimates. Already have an estimate for future work! Guess who I’ll be calling when I’m ready? Highly recommend!

Don't knock on doors at 630 at night and then mock the homeowner as they politely tell you now is not a good time. Kudos to the other young salesman who delivered the pitch but still respected the homeowners time and situation.

Great American Exteriors helped us refresh our tired, 55-year old home in several ways. First, they removed an overgrown brick courtyard and replaced it with beautiful, poured and stamped concrete. Now it’s usable and much lower maintenance. Also, they repaired and wrapped our exterior soffits and beams with aluminum, preserving the aesthetic and extending the life of the home. Last, they stained our brick, which truly refreshed the tired look of the house, and provided a natural-looking finish. It’s not painted; so there is still a beautiful variation noticeable between the brick colors. And they delivered on budget and on the exact timeline they promised. Lastly, there are a few punch-list items that remain; I have full faith they will deliver with the same quality and helpful attitude they’ve provided us so far. We are very happy with our choice of partners for this huge (for us) project!

I had the unfortunate experience of being solicited by Great American Exteriors, and I regret even entertaining their services. From the start, they failed to deliver on their promises. They claimed they would confirm our appointment the day before, but instead, I received a last-minute call just an hour and a half before the scheduled time. This complete disregard for my time was both unprofessional and frustrating. When I called them back, they had the audacity to suggest rescheduling the appointment to a time when my wife could be present, despite the fact that she had no interest in being involved in this project. The presumptuousness of this request was appalling. To make matters worse, it was clear they had done some background research on my home. During the conversation, they informed me that the work I was seeking an estimate for was "not typical" for the age of my house, siding type, and neighborhood. This judgmental and condescending attitude was the final straw. I'm relieved I did not move forward with Great American Exteriors, as I would never want to give my business to a company that operates with such arrogance and disrespect. I strongly advise anyone considering their services to think twice and look elsewhere.
