We had an amazing experience with GEH building our custom home! At the start it seems like an intimidating and overwhelming process, but it wasn't thanks to Trevor Rogge, our sales rep. Once we got into construction, Todd Bruce, our superintendent, was phenomenal. He gave the same level of care, communication and attention to detail that he would if it were his own home. We trust him immensely! I highly recommend GEH to everyone. They are a high-quality home builder that does what they promise (actually goes above and beyond) at a fair price.

This was our first time building a house and we chose to build with Grand Endeavor Homes (GEH). GEH made the whole process easy and smooth. We worked with Matt on planning and budgeting. He looked at 2 lots that we were considering purchasing and gave us an analysis of both lots and the pros and cons of building on each. He was patient in answering all of our questions and so easy to work with. We worked with Kristen on interior design and she made the process fun and stress free. She had great suggestions and brought our ideas to life and didn't hesitate to make any changes we asked for. Phil was our building superintendent and he was absolutely amazing to work with! He was patient and kind and alleviated our stresses when we were worried about the building process. He made the process fun and the end result is our dream home! Thank you GEH!

We had whine through the process with a couple other builders prior to building our current home with Grand Endeavor. Grand Endeavor had excellent communication throughout our home build and was open and honest about expectations. We appreciated them immensely.

We had an amazing experience with Grand Endeavor! We first worked with Matt in sales and he went above and beyond for us. From coming out to our property and mapping out the best positioning, to providing well advice, and helping us build a custom plan within our budget. We then got the pleasure of working with superintendent Phil who is the BEST! He was so communicative, thorough, and made the building experience easier than we’ve experienced in the past. Phil ensured that all trades were held to a high standard and that we received high quality in our house. From start to finish Phil was amazing to work with and we can’t thank him enough! We had a fantastic experience with Grand Endeavor Homes. They helped us build our new custom home from beginning to end. The design is fantastic and well engineered. They designed a Casita/in-law suite for our Mom and Dad and the floorplan for the house is extremely well thought out; Daniel, our designer, is an exceptional talent. We were also out-of-state during the planning and construction and the Grand Endeavor team worked with us through the entire process, and where possible made adjustments to the schedule to meet our needs; for example Kristin (Floor King) worked with us in making our material selections for the interior (flooring, tile, doors, bathroom fixtures, etc.) in a very short burst effort while we were in town for a visit so we could see our selections in person and get a feel for textures and colors and the like. It was our first time with a construction loan and Maurine worked with us on the draws and efficiently and effectively worked out the payments and executed the draw schedule with our bank. Shawn, our Construction Superintendent, was awesome. He was personable and worked with us to resolve any construction questions, concerns, or issues we had during the construction phase. And whenever we contacted him, he either answered the call or got back to us shortly thereafter. He was responsive and customer focused and it was truly a pleasure working with him. Our home was built, quickly, efficiently, and at the cost agreed upon in the contract. Grand Endeavor built us our dream retirement home and we are now a happy member of the Grand Endeavor family at the Preserve in Elm Creek.

Building a custom home can be intimidating. Our experience with Grand Endeavor, however, was remarkably smooth. From designing our dream home, complete with an attached casita for my mom, to finalizing small details after close, the entire process was virtually seamless. Phil Walsh was a pleasure to work with, and he consistently exceeded our expectations. Phil was incredibly responsive, attentive to our requests, and diligently followed through on every detail. Building a house can be overwhelming, especially living in another state, but the team at Grand Endeavor made the process as smooth as possible. I would also like to take the time to acknowledge Kara, the permitting coordinator, who helped us through the confusion of all the required paperwork needed to start the project.

Kyler Payne was very meticulous, patient and understanding in his handling of building our home. He paid attention to every detail and included our inputs and suggestions. He communicated effectively and showed excellent ability to problem solve, very responsive to our concerns, and showed dedication to ensuring quality workmanship throughout the construction process. Additionally, he demonstrated strong leadership qualities, fostering a positive working environment for their team. We are also pleased with Grand endeavor staff-Lindsey, Rachael, Matt Deputy and Maurine.

Our experience with Kyle Snow during the building process was top notch. He was punctual during our meetings, very open in communication throughout the process, and is very in tune with the finer details. Kyle has gone above and beyond for us both during the process and after completion to address any remaining concerns that we’ve had. There were some hiccups at the beginning of our process, but ultimately, Grand Endeavor seamlessly resolved the issues in the end. Kyle’s input and knowledge would have been greatly appreciated during our blueprint and sketching phase as there were some unexpected changes that had to be made once the build began and some other details we would have considered if these were known beforehand. Overall we are thoroughly happy with the results and would highly recommend Grand Endeavor Homes to anyone looking to build a high quality custom home!

Grand Endeavor was great and is no doubt a top-tier custom home builder. From the moment we met Trevor we knew that Grand Endeavor was our builder. He was very hands on and helped us through every single step of the process. Also, we had Brain out at our home daily working extremely hard and he was always available to answer any and all questions we had. I can definitely say that Grand Endeavor took what can be an extremely stressful process and made it calm and easy.

We recently moved into our home in the Canyons at HCH ranch. Our home has been a joy to live in and Grand Endeavor does quality work. We built from out of state which made it difficult to make sure our home was being built to our specifications. However, during the second half of our build we were extremely lucky to have Kyler Payne become our superintendent. He was probably the best part of this whole process. Responsive, organized, and just a decent person. He brought this build across the finish line and went above and beyond where he could to make sure everything was done right. To this day he has still helped us if an issue comes up. He even saved us early one morning when a backflow valve burst during an overnight freeze. We are extremely grateful for him. He is a great asset to the new Canyons community and to Grand Endeavor Homes.

The whole process of building a new home can be very stressful but we did not experience that with Grand Endeavor. From the initial meeting until closing it was all very professional and I was extremely impressed with everyone we dealt with. James Lanoue and Brian Workman managed the construction development and we could not asked for a better group to deal with. They were responsive, listened to any requests we had and did their best to accomplish what we needed. Overall our experience with Grand Endeavor and all the people we dealt with was outstanding ! Build a home they said. It'll be fun they said. Well it certainly was an adventure with some ups and downs, but mostly ups. Through every step of the way however was our contractor Philip Walsh. I called and texted and emailed Phil constantly, sometimes not in the best of moods but he was always there explaining, reassuring with a calm professional presence that alleviated much of my uneasiness. And the house is amazing(!!). Never thought I would live in such a place let a lone call it home. Grand Endeavor Homes is a top notch company that I could not recommend more.
