Grand Oaks Venue is the place to have your event. We had our wedding there in September. Our guests were amazed at how beautiful the grounds were and how the beautiful the reception hall was decorated. We received top notch customer service from Grace, who is the wedding coordinator! She is very personable and easy to work with when planning your event.

I've been trying to cancel a reservation for the last week and a half and have been unable to reach anyone at the office. Every time l've called the main number there is either no answer or the call gets transferred to a spanish speaking operator who is in another country. I emailed the business and did receive a response several days later stating that I would get an email to sign a cancellation document, that was on Friday, October 4th, today is Wednesday the 9th and still no response. l've even emailed them twice back since October 4th to follow up about the cancellation document and still have not heard back, Ive also continued to call numerous times and still nothing. The lady who initially signed our contract was Mrs Esmeralda Torres. Apparently she is no longer with the business, she was super helpful and would always be quick to answer the phone or answer any questions. It seems there is currently no one there during normal business hours. I even went to the business in person on Thursday, October 3rd during normal business hours to try and speak with someone but the gate was closed. I did happen to speak with a neighbor who lives next to the business and he informed me that the business was going through either management change or ownership change. I would rate the current status of this business as a 0/5 stars. If you have an event in the near future good luck working with management.

It's unfortunate to leave a bad review because initially we were prepared to book. When I scheduled my original appointment to tour the venue I was under the impression that we would be working with Esmeralda, however we were greeted by a gentleman by the name of Charles which wasn't a huge issue since we just wanted to see the venue and get more information on pricing and what was included. The tour itself felt very rushed we did a quick drive around of the venue and he explained what and where each room and spot was and showed us a photo book of another wedding which again wasn't too big of an issue. The problem I had was a lot of emphasis was trying to sell an air BNB that we made it very clear we would not use or would not be interested in but it felt like we spent more time viewing the air BNB than the property itself. I brushed it off because we still liked the venue and wanted to know more info (price, whats included etc.) the only information we got was the deposit was 1000 which he mentioned a few times and Im looking at my fiance like okay we still have nothing to go on. Charles explained that Esmeralda would go over pricing etc which was kind of frustrating because we could have done it while there. I was also told he would send the price packet which we never got that day. He did however make time to express that he was a real estate agent to promote himself as if we were there for that. Fast forward she calls ask questions gets details and we agreed on a set package to which she said the deposit was 1500 and I immediately expressed that we were told it was 1000 now it's 1500? After discussing with my fiancee we still agreed to move forward since we were happy with the overall price and what was included she also said she would send price list and did not I had to re text to ask for it again to finally get it. We set another day to view some upgrades she said was done to the property (it looked very much the same in my opinion) and go over the contract that she said she had ready and pay our deposit. She then expressed another separate 500 refundable deposit so at this point it went from 1000 to 1500 now 2000?? She did say that could be paid later but still. We arrived I did text her to let her know we were there and she had my name in her phone (I saw it) and I still was greeted by someone else's name so Im guessing it was double or overbooked I don't know. We spent the time there listening to a rambling of how many upgrades were done and again trying to promote the air BNB which we literally cared nothing about she didn't have our contract ready at all ahe was literally typing our information over another clients information while we were there re asking questions and information I already gave her. I was frustrated but still trying to be patient because I'm assuming she is literally trying to do too much herself and severely unorganized. So she said she went ahead and sent the contract and for us to go over it. Needless to say we never got it so at this point I'm not asking for it so I guess they will just loose business. Looking back at it I'm assuming she was rushing our visit to hurry up and get to whoever else she was expecting. The sad thing is we had the cash ready to hand her expecting the contract to be ready to sign.

I'm at a loss for words on how truly spectacular this venue and staff are! Esmeralda is out if this world and answered and all questions with a breeze! I would recommend this venue ten fold! You WILL NOT be disappointed!

We had our wedding here in October 2022 and loved everything about it. Esmeralda and her staff made sure our day was extra special and paid extra attention to every detail. Thank you for everything!!!!!

I came here before for a family event and I kept this place mind. I love how they have everything in one place. I didn’t have to make that extra travel from the chapel to the hall. Esmeralda was my coordinator and she was amazing! Very sweet and helpful. She was on point with everything. I would definitely recommend this lovely place.

I cannot speak more highly of Esmie and Grand oaks events and venues and I wish I could give it 10/10 Stars. Our wedding was everything that we wanted it to be, everything we imagined, and more! Esmie was an incredible wedding coordinator and worked with us throughout the entire 10-month process. Esmie was incredible and worked above and beyond to bring my vision to life! Her suggestions, expertise and ability to move quick on her feet made our very cold Christmas wedding the best it could possibly be. I am beyond happy with our choice to do an all inclusive package as it made an incredibly stressful and busy season so much easier knowing I could trust Esmie with my vision and big day. The venue was perfect and beautiful and fit our very large Mexican Christmas fiesta. We would not have changed a single thing on our big day. Could not have a imagined a more perfect day. Esme and her team at Grand Oaks went above and beyond. It is not only a beautiful venue but the planning, support and execution was amazing. I cannot recommend this place enough. It was the right choice for us.

Where do I begin? We booked this venue 6-8 months from our wedding date and Esmeralda Torres helped us so much from giving us a warm welcome during our tour to making our day so magical! Our wedding day was wonderful and Esmeralda went above and beyond to create our day to be as perfect as it can be. The venue have all-inclusive packages which makes wedding planning so much easier and hassle-free! Our guests loved the food that was prepared and the whole reception area/chapel. Our guests never knew of this little treasure in Spring TX and we just want to say thank you to everyone who made our day possible.

Great venue. Coordinator is very busy. Great food, great location and space for tons of things.
