Went to at least 6 distributors looking for a new countertop, granite depot was our last stop where we meet Tyler and mariia, can recommend granite depot to anyone looking for a new countertop. Easy to deal with from start to finish. Picked material, templates the next day. Delivered in 1 week. Each person we dealt with was professional and knowledgeable , and very polite. Would highly recommend them and would use them again.

This was the third stop for our bathroom counter needs. We were treated by Mariia to guide us through the process. It was easy, our questions were answered, and within 10-12 days the counters were cut, polished, and installed. I believe the 10 days were to allow for the check to clear which is understandable. Hey it saved us an extra 3% on our bill! The gentlemen came in and did their job quickly and efficiently. They were amazing! In our area many contractors are on island time if you get my meaning. Thank you again Mariia, the manager, and the hard working men on this project! I will be sharing on other social medias! You all rock!!! Hahaha!!! Get it!

We had a great experience with Tyler and Maria. They walked us through the process of picking a stone and then made recommendations for complementing tile for a backsplash. The fabricators cut everything perfectly. The installation crew were true professionals being respectful of our home and doing a thorough cleanup when the job was finished. I highly recommend Granite Depot.

We picked an out of budget slab of quartz because it was so beautiful. The service from the Sales Rep wasn't great, I felt like I had to call him instead of him keeping me informed. The installation was completed, and we are now the proud owners of an expensive piece of quartz with flaws. The flaws look like ink stains are imbedded in the quartz. 4 attempts to get it resolved (calls and texts with photos), zero response. So much for the guarantee, so much for the Rep's comment that "Reputation is everything in this business." I do not recommend.

The sales staff, fabrication staff and installers met our expectations and more👍 Everyone is professional and above all experienced👍👍 The previous granite that was installed was shoddy at best. The new quartz is of high quality! I recommend them to anyone in the area that needs new counter tops! G&B

I had a great experience with Granite Depot of Myrtle Beach. From the time I called, Velvet was so helpful and listened to what I wanted and was trying to accomplish. going from dated weathered tan to blue with quartz. She was able to fit me in when my schedule was limited and made sure everything was as I wanted. When I went to shop itself, Marina was just as helpful walking me around and showing different designs and sink options. She answered any questions I had and was able to schedule the templating around my crazy schedule as well. everyone there was top notch, and I have nothing bad to say. Great experience.

I had a bad experience with Lowe's, with them forgetting to order my countertops. I found Granite Depot, Marina was so helpful! I met her at the showroom and she helped me order exactly what I needed. Everyone who came out to measure were so professional! They turned a terrible experience into a great one. I highly recommend Marina and Granite Depot!

My new counters look awesome and our sales rep was really great! But scheduling the installation took much longer than they told me it would and it was very hard to get ahold of anyone who could help me get more information. It really is a good company with good prices but you need to follow up a lot to advocate for yourself at the end.

I had always used one granite place for my needs in Myrtle Beach but decided to reach out to Granite Depot for a second opinion. Velvet was responsive (even at late hours) to my queries and were patient with several requests/alterations I made. So far, I am very happy with their work. The pics do not show the finished kitchen, there is still painting work to be done but no reflection on Granite Depot.
