Ryan from Green Cooling came by to perform a service on our two HVAC units. He spent time, was extremely thorough, answered all of my wife's questions re humidity, etc. Rinsed both roof top units. Very polite. Very knowledgeable. Excellent technical and customer service.

The day after Milton, despite the issues they personally had with their own hurricane recovery needs and despite the extreme difficulty of just getting around, they came to my home to fix an issue with my air conditioning system. This company stands above all the rest when it comes to service, loyalty to its customers and quality work. They are professional, courteous and very competent. Their service and installation staff will impress you with their skills and technical expertise. The office staff are always cheerful and polite. Try this company! You will never want to use any other air conditioning company once you do.

Doug Payne arrived as scheduled. As I am a snowbird my friend met with him. Doug surveyed the situation (clogged drain, AC off) and explained to her what was wrong. He then called me to explain the repairs he was making. This was a continuing problem, which another HVAC company wanted $1200 to repair. Thank you Karina and Mr. Payne

I am so happy I found this company! My A/C was not working and they came out same day to diagnose My issue. Not only did they repair my A/C But answered all of my questions and concerns. And did not try and upsell me anything I did not need. HONEST AND EXPERIENCED!

Swapped out 2 units with new Lennox variable speed power puppies. OUTSTANDING work done by the FAB5 - Javier, William, Jordan, Mayo & Julian! Never before have I seen a team work as flawlessly as them. Any of them would answer my questions as they went through the install without hesitation. In the end - they left their work area clean and spotless. The new units are working great and even has to “up the temp” a bit as we don’t like it too cold! Then enter the TERRIFIC2 - Ryan & Sijil one week later to perform the scheduled system and duct work check up. I priced out this system upgrade and Green had the BEST prices for my specific units. Mike was ZERO pressure and easy to work with - my choice was easy! Would HIGHLY recommend Green - they’re a prime example of true Customer Service which lacks today.

I've received consistent 5-star service from this company for several years now; most recently, from Erick who quickly got me back up and running after a minor flooding event shut down my system. He was professional, exceptionally knowledgeable, and kind -- patiently providing useful information and tips as he brought me online to help me better understand my system and how to minimize future failures. It's techs like Erick that make this company so special!

Contacted this business when our AC stopped working. They sent a technician within 45 minutes. Erick Guzman arrived at 5 PM and AC was working great by 6 PM. Erick was very professional and explained what he was doing and why. The office followed up the following day to schedule a needed follow up appointment. I feel confident that our problem was handled appropriately. Cannot comment on the fairness of the cost because we never had this issue with our AC before. Highly recommend!

He was very competent very efficient cleaned up after he was done and was very pleasant I will call on these people whenever I have any kind of Plumbing problem I was very impressed. I also tell other people about them green cooling solutions it's a place to go.

Julian did an awesome job and even fixed my cell phone.

Called Green Cooling to clear out my AC condensate drain line which was partially plugged and causing water to back up and trip off the air handler blower motor. They were able to get someone out the next day and took care off the problem. I recommend them for AC service.

From estimate to installation, the Green team communicated effectively and efficiently. Julian and Javi installed the unit professionally. They were diligent, personable, and well trained. The end result is an excellent new cooling system.
