After the Eaton fire my family and I got a few quotes from multiple companies to get our apartment remediated. We went with Green Planet Restoration and they were AMAZING! No price gauging, very honest, prompt, and most importantly did a really thorough job. They helped make me feel safe bringing our son back home to a clean apartment free from smoke and debris. Everyone we met was incredibly nice, and Gidy was super responsive and transparent throughout the process. There are a lot of companies gauging people right now with the fires, these guys won't!!

Cesar and his team at Green Planet restoration were so helpful and made the pack in and pack out of my home for repairs so easy and straightforward. He was great to work with and I'm really happy with the service they provided. Thanks guys!

Green Planet exceeded expectations. They were prompt, efficient, and effective. This review (for now) is about water mitigation only (restoration is still in progress). We noticed a leak in a downstairs bathroom and called a leak detection service. After identifying the source, they recommended Green Planet. Carlos came out and was fantastic. He became the immediate point of contact with our insurance adjuster and was able to make sure that everything was covered. This turned into a massive job (the leak downstairs originated in the bathroom upstairs), all of which was approved by the insurance. The water mitigation was taken care of immediately and we have been able to move on to the restoration.

When the Mountain fire burned through Camarillo at the Los Posas Estates my house was very fortunately to be saved by the firefighters, only losing a garage. The day that I contacted my insurance broker Green Planet Restoration contacted me and started to work the next day. They have been very professional, knowledgeable, fast, and efficient. We discovered a water leak from the hot water line from our water heater. We called Shellback Plumbing who we have used before and they plugged up the leak the next day but there's noticeable moisture on several drywalls and a section of our hardwood flooring. We had a restoration company come by the same day to give us an estimate on the repairs. He gave a brief overview of the process and then left as I wanted to wait on making a decision. Was hesitant to use them because they didn't have any reviews on Yelp or elsewhere. Green Planet was the second company we contacted and Carlos (Green Planet) was at our door the next day. First impression: very courteous and patient, he gave a much more thorough walkthrough of what was needed to be done, the process with insurance and the adjustors, what to expect with the claim. I gave him the go-ahead there and then to proceed with the mitigation work. This was the first major incident we had in our house where the damages exceeded our deductible and thus it was completely foreign on how to proceed. Carlos was just great, he provided me with information to questions that I didn't even formulate yet; he brought over commercial dehumidifier machines to dry out the moisture in the affected areas. When the insurance adjuster came to inspect the damages, Carlos was here and he expertly guided the adjuster on the damages and I truly felt Carlos represented me to the insurance company. Throughout the mitigation process, Carlos was a great supporter -- he's knowledgeable, he's friendly, and he's always ready to give help however he can. I'm truly thankful to have him as my project manager. He and his team quickly resolved the mitigation part and now we're just pending the insurance claim to be approved for the restoration to be completed.

I've used GPR in the past before and they were great again this time. Gidy came the next time to assess the water damage. We had a leak through our new roof. The quote was up front and the work was started immediately. I recommend their services for water damage and mold remediation.
