Now that Im post settlement, I can honestly say I made the best decision going with Greenspan & Greenspan after my car accident. I am an attorney myself and I recently concluded representation with Greenspan and Greenspan on a personal injury case. The injured party was grandmother who was injured by an ambulette while she sat in wheelchair in Rockland County, NY. The elderly woman unfortunately had suffered from Polio which she received as young girl; the woman was violently thrown to the ground after making contact with the ambulette. Believe it or not the accident happened in 2017 and it took over 6 years to resolve!!! Throughout the process, attorney Michael Greenspan and his professional staff work tirelessly and patiently (no pun intended) to fight for the biggest money recovery possible for the injured grandmother. Unfortunately, the injured lady passed away during the legal process, which besides being a sad event for her family and friends, it created another mountain of legal challenges for Michael and his team to surmount. Throughout the long and drawn out proceedings, Michael remained patient and persistent, seeing the case to its settlement with a very sizeable recovery for the children and grandchildren of the deceased. I am so pleased and grateful for the way I have been treated at Greenspan & Greenspan, P.C. It's hard to say how confused, embarrassed, and nervous one is after being arrested and charged with DWI. I was referred to Michael Greenspan by an associate, and i am lucky to have had the representation that Mike has provided me. Mike was very understanding of how confusing and scary being arrested is. He enabled me to tell him about the arrest, without me feeling embarrassed, and then explained in detail what I was charged with and what I could expect/hope for as an outcome. I want to share my experience and satisfaction regarding my legal representation with the law firm of Greenspan & Greenspan and especially with my Attorney Michael Greenspan. If I could give this firm a 6-star review I would because Michael went above and beyond in every imaginable way. I found out from my probation officer in New York, that I had an outstanding arrest warrant for a violation of probation, from a previous DWI and was possible facing jail time, if I returned to New York. Previously, I had hired an Attorney from New York City and although I thought my case was closed, I discovered it was not. I was now working and residing in Florida and decided I needed to hire the best legal counsel I could find to defend me. After much research and consideration into which law firm to retain, I ended up retaining Michael Greenspan. I wasn’t promised or guaranteed anything other than that he would do everything in his power to achieve the best possible outcome, and he would be with me to the end. Michael personally represented me during my court appearances, proceedings and was very responsive and kept me always informed. Due to COVID-19 court was only held by Zoom and not an easy process for any of us. Every time we had a court appearance, it was another setback, different Judges, strict State Prosecutor, always wanting something more. Michael was calm, reassuring, polite and always called me afterwards to explain everything. On my final court appearance by Zoom, Michael was composed, waited for the Judge to try and postpone my case yet another month, he stood strong and fought for me, informing the Judge and the State Prosecutor, I had done everything that had been asked of me and it was time to bring my case to an end.
