We bought the Ecogenica 215 system through Free hot water. I found Aileen and Ezekiel my contact people to be very helpful and informative. The emails told us everything we needed to know. We watched the YouTube videos and felt well informed about heat pumps
The installation was quick and well done by Eco Alliance
The water is hot and it worked out half price with the government grants.
The government grants was done by Free hot water
Very easy process and hopefully it will save us money and help the environment at the same time.
We have found it to be pretty quiet running.

Had Ecogenica heat pump installed yesterday, the 3 guys who did the installation were great very professional pleasant and prompt, very happy with their service, thankyou.
