Grime Busters Pressure Cleaning LLC Reviews

We are a small family owned pressure washing company and cannot give a refund for materials bought from 6 months ago. You paid us $200 dollars for paint to do a paint job for you and you told us you wouldn't be able to continue with doing the job right at that moment, not long after it was bought because your cat was Ill and had to be hospitalized there was never any mention of your sick mother untill you messaged us today requesting a refund. My response to you when you initially postponed the job was that we were sorry to hear about the cat and that when you were ready in the future to continue with the job that we had the paint and would still have it when you were ready, which we indeed do still have the paint. You agreed that that was okay and NEVER even mentioned a refund nor did you mention anything about your mother's illness. You then contacted me today, 5 months later, requesting a refund stating that you need money because you just lost your mother and had to pay those expenses. We truly sympathize with you but unfortunately we cannot refund for materials bought 5-6 months ago. If you had asked for a refund when we originally talked 5-6 months ago when we still could have returned the paint we would have refunded you no problem but Sherwin williams will not allow us to return paint 5-6 months after buying it. Today is the first time we have heard from you in 5 months since you postponed doing the job and yes of course I was very sorry for the loss of your mother, however you started threatening me and our business once I explained we wouldnt be able to refund you, I left you with offering to give you the paint you purchased so you could try and sell it to regain some of the money you spent. We are very compassionate here at Grime Busters and go out of our way to help the community and the elderly when we are able. I am extremely sorry for your loss and wish you the best. Let me also add that we never went back on any agreements with you. You agreed to pay 200 for the paint, you agreed to let us hold onto it untill you were ready to do the job again and now that you don't want to do the job I have offered to give you the paint that your money paid for. I have never once gone back on any agreements and have stood by my word and never once went back on it.
