Hi Bob! So glad you like our store and I'm sorry to learn you aren't happy with our website. Since we aren't an e-commerce outlet we don't have our products listed on the web. Anytime you have questions about products availability or pricing we offer live chat on our website during most business hours, are available on FB and IG, an email address for inquiries (info@grmitchell.com), or you can always call in. We know its not ideal for all shoppers, but sometimes being your local hardware option mean sometimes we do stuff on a smaller scale. We do appreciate any feedback you'd like to give about our website, so if you have the time we'd love to learn more if you're willing to send us an email.

Lois, First I'd like to apologize on behalf of all our staff. It's our goal to be your go-to store for all your home hardware needs and its never our intention to make you feel uncomfortable, unwelcome, and definitely not disappointed. As a company we have core values that our entire staff agrees to operate by while at work, and it seems like we've failed to live up to those expectations. And for that, I'm disappointed, too. Good Morning Scott, Really sad to hear you weren't happy with your visit to GRM, especially since it seems like it was your first time filling up your tank with us. Yes, we do charge a flat rate, and it sounds like that wasn't properly explained before your transaction. We price our fills this way to keep things simple. The price of our 20# tank fills is actually something we're proud of; A full tank fill is cheaper than the guy down the street, the local club stores, and of course the convenience stores. If it's not, we'll match it. Once a year, we have our Propane Weekend event, where we've offered fills for just $5 (even this year when we lost money on each fill due to the increase in cost of propane). We can do better to make sure customers know this prior to filling their tank so we don't put anyone in the same position that you're in. We love our community and our customers and want to do what we can to make everyone happy.
