Beautiful plant arrived safely and very well packaged. I was a bit concerned when ordering a plant online, but my worries were unfounded. A few leaves were lost, as you'd expect, but it was very secure. I can highly recommend this seller. They clearly care about their products.

I have bought Quite a few plants now from Grow Tropicals because apart from the wide selection of plants, lots that I never even knew existed, I find the prices reasonable and the customer service outstanding.. Every single plant that I have received so far has arrived in perfect condition and very health and so far I have had no issues with any of them ever since they have been growing in my home. My most recent Plant is White Wizard a beautiful leafy Plant with variegated leaves, Some of the green leaves look just as if someone has dropped a blob of bright White paint on them.Fascinating. Oh and they all arrive securely packaged.

Sent half dead plant refused to listen then I discovered Otto the owner had stolen £80 out of my account so action fraud trading standards involved and my bank disreputable business plant was stuffed into too small pot with tuber roots exposed and dried out and damaged I’m awaiting a refund.

received two beautiful variations of monstera from here, they arrived quickly and packaged really well, but moreover they are really healthy and robust looking plants which i have found to be uncommon whilst buying plants online. super happy with my order and can’t wait to see them grow, would definitely buy from here again if i saw plants i liked :)

What a beautiful plant I received, very happy with the delivery time as I was not expecting such a quick response. The plant was well protected and securely packaged. The plant itself is very lighted variegated which was described as being such, I should have bought next one up. Overall, very happy with my purchase.
