Dominos Najafgarh Near Roshanpura is giving worst services. Menu card is not clean, Sitting Area Not cleaned, tables are not cleaned, washroom is worst. No one can use their washroom. Overall it is worst to visit.

The Najafgarh Domino’s outlet is a disgrace to the brand name of Domino’s. This outlet reflects the worst standards of service I have ever encountered. The staff are rude, lack basic customer service skills, and have no understanding of how to treat customers. What’s worse, they resort to deceptive practices by providing false information about the available menu options. In the attached image, it is evident that the menu card has been intentionally altered, with the Pizza Mania combo options crossed out. This is absurd, considering the same pizzas are available as individual items. This underhanded tactic clearly aims to overcharge customers by forcing them to pay more for single items. Additionally, customers who order in person are outright refused service. Instead, they are compelled to install the app and place an online delivery order, as the staff refuse to take face-to-face orders. Such unethical and customer-unfriendly practices are completely unacceptable and tarnish the reputation of Domino’s as a whole.

Not at all recommended for dine in, very Unhygienic atmosphere. Rather go for delivery option.

Worst taste due to minimal amount of cheese and toppings in cheese burst pizza and staff and manager is also not responding after listening I have tried many outlets and experience was superb, but about this outlet my experience is worst

Pathetic Domino's..... See what they have delivered today Have responded to domino's with my concern via mail. Unfortunately Domino's is not maintaining the hygiene standards like it is in developed countries because they have a mindset about Indians and are playing as they want since our consumer laws are not strict enough. Our hard-earned money will be looted by providing us substandard services by these MNCs.
