We've been owners at Majestic Sun for 7 years and have experienced three different management companies. When we purchased our first condo we met a man who is both an owner and a manager. He asked us how we were going to manage our condo and we told him we had hired a management company and we hope they were good. His reply was that in his experience there is no such thing as a good management company. Our experience is different. We found that it is difficult to find a good management company but not impossible. Actually, Stan Ingram's Gulf Style Rentals is not just good, but excellent. Every interaction we've had with Stan has exceeded expectations. He guided us through the startup period so we had a clear understanding of the owner responsibility. His maintenance staff provided detailed recommendations so our condo was ready for guests. We have been booked at an average of 93% ever since our condo went live with Gulf Style Rentals on Airbnb in March, 2022. Comparing 2021 with 2022, we have seen a 57% increase in rental income and have gone from a 4.6 guest satisfaction rating to 5.0. Our guest reviews are outstanding and routinely include phrases such as "host was awesome", "great communication", "very clean", and " pays attention to little things". We feel Stan is an excellent host who provides an outstanding guest experience and highly recommend Gulf Style Rentals."
