The most amazing service I have ever received.
I called this morning in a panic and it started with a pleasant phone conversation with Roy.
He was at my house my mid afternoon and despite having a busy schedule he was able to fit me in and fix my leaking washing machine.
Absolutely recommend him for everything my go to guy for everything from now on.

After having Roy come by to check our stovetop, which had simply stopped working altogether; I am not at all surprised to see that HHS has 273 reviews that are ALL 5.0. Our stove required very little to get it working again, and he only did what it needed. I was baffled at the failure of the annoying digital controls, and he could have EASILY told me it needed a new mother board, etc. and squeezed a crap-ton of money out of us. I was very happy to pay for the service call; because we got straight-up, honest service. This is one of those companies you can tell all your friends about. They care about their customers and their reputation.

I was very happy with my experience with Habitat Home Services. They had a technician Roy come same day which was a life saver as our washing machine had stopped working. The gentleman Roy who came was very honest in telling me it was not worth spending any money on repairs due to multiple issues and to put our money towards a new machine. Communication, timing, professionalism etc were all great, we will use them again

It has been a long time since I have experienced customer service at a level Roy provided. Through no fault of Habitat the first part replaced was defective and the new one had an 8 week lead time, Roy diligently followed up and communicated with me until the job was done. Three visits to my house and each time Roy committed to a time and kept it, unusual for the repair industry from my experience. I would 100% recommend Habitat to my friends and family. Great job Roy!!!
