Everytime I entered Ya Beauty for a head massage, I leave feeling extremely relaxed.
Natsumi is only new here but the treatment she gave me made me feel she is very experienced. I will definitely become a regular customer here

My time at Ya Beauty was a very good experience. It was my first time doing scalp treatment, before, during and after the treatment every step was explained. Some of the procedures were started slowly to avoid any discomfort, and I was asked often if a procedure was discomforting. I can and will recommend Ya Beauty to anyone.

Myself and my mum treated ourselves and we had the best time Lidia and Rebecca did an amazing job.
So so relaxing exactly what we needed, we will be coming back for sure!

After an initial scalp analysis, you will be taken to an aesthetically pleasing room where you will enjoy multi step treatments from steamers, massages, red light therapy, masks, oils and needling. Results speak for themselves, your scalp is left much cleaner and your hair softer. Transport yourself in a blissful state that leaves you wanting more. Wow, this place is a 100% chillout zone, I was lucky enough to receive a gift voucher for my birthday for the 1.5 hour Korean headspa. It was amazing, MoMo my beauty therapist was really informative and professional. There was a complimentary consult before and it was interesting to know what years of dying my hair has done to my scalp. When I finished I was given a lovely birthday gift before exiting a cute tea set with an infuser with a happy birthday on the way out. What a great experience! This place is really special. Came here a week ago with my mum, such a relaxing and informative experience. All members of staff were so professional and helpful. The treatment itself was so relaxing and enjoyable, highly recommend!!

I chose the hair loss treatment because I have a sensitive scalp, redness, and hair loss. My scalp often feels irritated, and I’ve been struggling with excessive hair shedding for a while, so I wanted to find a solution that would help improve my scalp health.

After just one treatment, I was amazed to see that the redness on my scalp had completely disappeared. The staff was incredibly skillful, paying close attention to every detail throughout the process. They made sure I was comfortable and tailored the treatment to suit my scalp’s needs, which I truly appreciated.

What surprised me the most was that within 24 hours of the treatment, I noticed a significant difference—I didn’t experience any hair loss at all! This was a huge relief for me, as I usually see strands of hair falling out throughout the day. One of the best experiences ever, staff are lovely and kind and they take good care of their customers. Korean Headspa treatments have really worked wonders for my hair, my scalp has never felt so clean. I've been using their products since October, and they've improved my scalp condition & their customer service never disappoints! Staff are wonderful and the 2 bosses Alice and Tony are fantastic people!
