I highly recommend Ya Beautiful!!!! The staff are wonderful, they know what they are doing, they care, and the whole experience is relaxing from the moment you walk in. The products are brilliant and most of all they work, I am doing a second set of 5 treatments and after 5 weeks I can see results. I am very grateful.

My journey has just begun and so far so good! Now, regarding the business/staff , well, the staff are super friendly, knowledgeable and always keen to help their customers. The store is also super clean and very well-organised. I would recommend.

WORTH EVERY PENNY! After recently having a baby, my hormones caused an infection on my scalp. Nothing seemed to help, and my scalp was becoming very sore. Desperate for a solution, I decided to take a chance and find a scalp specialist. That’s when I discovered Ya Beauty and I’m so glad I did! I heard about this place from a friend and went there all the way from Rhodes and it did not disappoint! Everything was so proffesional. Cozy and nice environment, friendly stuff, most importantly service was excellent. The products they use for your scalp/hair are another level. I got headspa and it gave me a very relaxed feeling, the massage was so good including the products. I will definitely go there again! Highly recommended.

Part 1 (Start using products) I have a thin hairs because of hair falling and dandruff from ages until I saw the free hair scalp checking in Westfield Mirinda.Tony was so helpful and explained very well about my hair falling problems. I am trying their products from more than a month’s and the results are amazing absolutely incredible. My hair falls are stopped almost 98% as soon I start using their products. I’m using a daily shampoo and scalp cleansing twice a week and every day hair spray.All of their products are all natural so I am using its with confident, definitely will continue their products for growth of my hair volume.👍 Part 2 ( after 8 months) I am very disappointed with the product I spent around $2500 in last 8 months and it doesn’t work well for me. Alice and Tony are nice people but they broke my trust. I have never faith in hair products all my life and I told Tony at my first meeting that I never use any special products for my hair problems just using normal shampoo, conditioner etc from local chemists but I believe on him to starts their products but zero results after 8 months and lot of money spent. Very disappointed.

Amazing service from all staff! The place is always clean and I’m always left with hair, and scalp feeling fresh. I came in with dandruff and dry scalp issues and dr was able to access my situation, explain all in detail and recommended treatments for me! After my first few appointments and following the aftercare that was recommended , I’ve already started to feel a difference in the flakiness, dryness and itchiness of my scalp!
