I am sorry to say that I am extremely disappointed in Dr. Chris. He recently performed not one but two biopsies on the front of my hairline knowing I already had frontal alopecia. I have been a patient of his for years and we both knew the alopecia was still active just by looking at my receding hairline. I am angry with myself for allowing him to do it but I trusted him. I never expected him remove my already thinning hair with 2 incisions right next to each other. He could have taken the biopsy from the side of my hairline where it would not be so noticable. The damage is done and as I continue to loss my hair, I now have a noticeable bald spot right in front of my face that was exacerbated by Dr. Chris being so reckless.

I had a small FUE transplant to cover an area with a cowlick. Bonnie and Beth were friendly and informative while Dr. Heinis was professional and they all did a great job on the transplant. I highly recommend DiStefano Hair Restoration Center! - KS

The procedure was very smooth and painless. The atmosphere was very relaxing and I felt very comfortable throughout the entire time. Doctor Chris is an excellent doctor and hair specialist. His staff is kind, respectful and make you feel comfortable during surgery. For some reason (maybe going back to work too soon) a section of my scalp got infected and Doctor Chris got me back in quick to reevaluate the situation and healed my infection. A few months later he scheduled a second surgery replacing any missing follicles to perfection.., that was very nice of him and he did not have to do that. You can tell he really cares about your feelings and how things turn out…, I am very happy with the results…, it looks amazing!
