Hi Sneha, As per your negative assumptions and as a suitable reply for your negative review about the salon’s owner’s personality, we are not even feeling sorry due to your negative/rude behaviour for other human beings. First of all I will let you REMIND that on that day, you were booked only for facial and your hair’s keratin treatment. One day before your service you called and asked to add only two girls haircut services with your appointment. When you were here, you refused to get your facial and keratin treatment. You were booked for our 4 to 5 hours. I think you don’t know the value of other people‘s time but you were hurt when we requested you to cooperate with us for the other lady's 15 minute colour application service. You were only requested to allow the girl to apply hair colour on the other lady as it would’ve only taken 15 minutes to apply hair colour on the roots and after that she would continue with your services. On top of that, we did adjustments providing haircuts for you and one another girl (none of this was booked before) making it a total of 4 haircuts. According to the review that you added, I should not have had to be friendly with you and should have refused to provide you services. Here, I will apologize that I did not charge you 50% advance payment of your services that you booked on phone but refused to get. This policy was especially made for people like you who think making an appointment is a joke! First of all when the keratin treatment was being started and you got your headwash done with the expensive Keratin products, you refused to get it continued, as you changed your mind on the spot. We were shocked by your rude behaviour. Secondly, you mentioned about the other client that she was the owner's friend. Yes, I agree that every client is my friend and I PROUDLY accept it as my personality because whoever enters our place is always treated as a friend or family. Do you remember that day when I entered the salon, I greeted every person with a nice smile, and you were also evenly treated as everyone else. Did you see me go to my friend and hug her specially? No, because everyone is treated equally at our place. Before I got there, you were really HYPER on each and every person who was available at the salon at that time. You could not even maintain eye contact because you had already created a fuzz there by arguing with everyone else and especially our other client. It was none of our fault that you see everything in a negative way but not in a positive one. You have an image created in your mind to treat everyone like that. In your review people will easily know your personality and mine too. You are right, if I’m running a business it all starts from MY behavior. All the mess was just because you were changing your mind every second. We book appointments with proper time management, but you ruined it by yourself. You think my business is running just because of four of you? I have a queue full of my new clients which is none of your matter to worry about.
