I was in a tight spot with a broken wiper transmission and it was raining. These guys squeezed me in and got me back on the road. Everyone was kind and I’ll be back for sure.

Customer service was excellent, I broke down in the Marion area, and several locals recommended Hales. They were awesome, it was during the week of Christmas, they got me in as quickly as they possibly could, and even gave me a ride two different times to pick up a rental car, and to get back from the rental car dealership. Awesome experience.
