I hired Handydux to help me put a makeup vanity together for my daughter. I've put many pieces of furniture together and never had this much trouble, the instructions were terrible! So I called about 5 local handyman companies and decided to go with Handydux and I'm so glad I did!. Larry showed up on time, got started right away and was very professional and friendly throughout the assembly. The hourly price is very fair compared to the other companies and I even had to make an adjustment to the appointment time and they were able to work with me with no issues. I am extremely grateful for the help and even more so for the results! The vanity looks amazing and was done in the expected time frame! I highly recommend Larry and his team aand will definitely be hiring them for future projects!

Spent over eight hours at my house to fix a short he caused and blamed it on the original electrician. After about six hours he called for help and another "electrician" with a helper/translator showed up and troubleshooted for two more hours. Left me without lights in my loft for10 days because they couldn't fix the short he created. I hired W3 electrical and they fixed it in 35 minutes. They charged me $187 for the repair, I felt it was reasonable for him to reimburse me because it WAS his fault. He has chosen to blow this off.

After that, he diligently measured and marked exactly where the painting needed to go. The best part may have been the absolutely wonderful conversation we had throughout the process! I will certainly be sharing Larry’s information with neighbors and friends for all of their home projects.

Larry is AWESOME! We had several pieces of art, textiles and shelf pieces that needed expert-eye installation, and Larry exceeded our expectations while being a super-reliable and responsive communicator, time-efficient while doing all these projects, and sharing his own unique joy in the process. Larry is fantastic. Larry has completed two jobs for us so far and I look forward to him coming back. Larry has great knowledge about furniture and cabinet installations, including creativity when all the parts are not there and wall studs don't line up correctly! LOL. He is very responsive, cheerful and... super strong which was important for putting a heavy shelving unit about 6.5 feet up on a wall (white shelving unit in picture below). I look forward to hiring Larry again.
