Fantastic experience with Happy Moves. I had to move at the last minute just before christmas and they were able to fit me just before the madness of the holidays! Steve came over promptly to give me quotation and I got it rather quickly the next day. On moving day itself, all of the removal men were pleasant, chatty and rather helpful! They did a lovely job and were wonderful to deal with. I would definitely recommend them to anyone I know!

These guys worked tirelessly to get us moved out and into your new home. Special shouts to Jordan, Ryan, Mason and Jordan who went the extra miles from early morning until evening. Thanks to Happy Moves for being very flexible and helpful throughout a stressful time moving house.

I am very satisfied with my experience of moving with happy moves. The office staff was very polite and helpful and easy to contact and the removal team Ryan Conner and Jordan were all very nice guys , where quick left both property’s clean and tidy. The guys were super helpful I would highly recommend them.

Outstanding service from Happy Moves. Prior to quoting, Steve A attended the property to assess contents and was very thorough. Only later did I realise just how accurate he was with his estimation of the number of boxes I would need, and he was spot on which was great! Steve was very helpful and happy to answer my many questions. Manageress Cindy kept in full communication whilst I waited for my moving date with courtesy calls to keep in touch, which was a nice touch to know they hadn't forgotten about me. On the day, there was a team of 4 to help move (Steve A, Steve Jnr, Andy and Cameron) ... unfortunately, the property to move from was up nearly 30 steps and it was a scorching hot day during a heatwave, but this was no bother for the team. They packed up a full 3.5 tonne van in about 2 hours, working together as a team and essentially, like machines! The relocation itself was to 80-odd miles down the road, so a bigger job for the team, but again, unloading at the other end was seamless and efficient, placing the relevant boxes in the relevant rooms. All of the team were incredibly polite and friendly, taking the necessary due care and attention with property and goods. After the move, Manager Steve was readily in contact and I was more than happy to provide exceedingly positive feedback. I was personally recommended Happy Moves by numerous people and I too now wouldn't hesitate to recommend them myself. Thank you!

I have been using this storage company for several years. Nothing is too hard for them to do for me. Every time I contact them I always receive a swift response. When I had serious health issues and had to move at short notice, they did the packing and dismantled furnitue with no additional charge. There is a genuine family feel to this company whenver I visit. I will not hesitate to recommend them. Keep up the good work!

Happy moves made a very stressful move into a very good experience. The staff were excellent. They made very good suggestions as to how the items should be unloaded. They also had a very good sense of humour. If I ever move again I would definitely use these guys again.

We used Happy Moves to complete a large warehouse move from Essex to Manchester and the whole team were brilliant from start to finish. They came out quite quickly to give us a quote, which they sent us also within a day or two. But we found the quote reasonable for the work that needed undertaking. We also found all their staff very friendly when they were actually doing the work and they did it a lot quicker than we did actually expect. We were also pleasantly surprised to be told that they also do storage, which we didn't know when we were booking the removals. And we found their storage costs also extremely cheap. Overall, we're happy with the service and would be happy to recommend to others.

Very good service at reasonable prices. Phoned one day job done the next as planned 2 man delivery. Very polite drivers that made sure rhe furniture was where it needed to be.
