We had the team come in to do an AC service and coil cleaning. They worked non stop through out the day and were extremely thorough. Our ACs already feel much colder and even quieter. I also asked to have the ducts clean, however, they suggested that they were still fine and could do another few months. It’s refreshing to have such an honest reply. I can’t recommend them enough.

Lisa and her team are really 5 stars. We called them to chemically clean and duct clean our aircons. They did a good job but above all they provided excellent customer service, communicated every step of the way, suggested honestly and above all the team was so humble and easy to get along with, no fuss. They echoed her sentiments and did their job to perfection. We plan to have them over for our electrical work as they do a variety of stuff. Oh and I thought they were quite reasonable too. If some of you find it expensive, trust me the hassle free experience is worth every dirham.

Good intentions and promises. The laborers work hard and try their best. However not the quality job that we paid an extra premium for and been promised.

I've hired Happy several times for a variety of jobs, from putting flyscreens up in my windows to repairs and cleaning of my AC units. Communication is excellent and very professional service, they are transparent with their quotes before the job is done and follow through with no surprises. Always on time for appointments and prompt service in case of emergency, when my AC was leaking in the middle of summer and needed to be fixed ASAP! I highly recommend Happy to others and they are also pleased with their service.

I connected with Lisa on Monday morning seeking help with few small household fixes. I got a response super fast, agreed on the scope of work, payment terms and availability of her team. Monday evening - the same day- all was sorted and in place. Super happy with the speed and quality of work

The team at Happy has helped with a variety of issues at our places, including repairing water-damaged walls, re-grouting our balconies, installing two smart locks in doors, installing a dishwasher, and replacing various broken taps and valves around the house. Lisa and Sunil have been very responsive and excellent communicators, helping to understand the root cause of issues and giving clear options for resolution. On a recent appliance installation, the job ended up taking longer than expected due to rusty valves in our villa that had never been maintained by the property managers. Sunil had excellent troubleshooting and follow-through, clearly communicating what the next steps needed to be taken and coming to do them when he said he would. We have been happy with the quality of work, the communication and scheduling, and the fair pricing (based on our experience working with several home maintenance companies at various times) of all the jobs!

I had gotten 3 central AC units serviced and cleaned with them. They dismantled the units, cleaned them with chemicals and cleaned the vents. They made sure not to leave any mess behind and covered the working area with plastic tarps. I also got some plumbing and electrical work done and they’re professionals. Their prices are competitive and are punctual. Would 100% recommend!
