I would like to say we have never been happier with home health care than we have been with Haven Home Health. Everyone who came to our home to work with my mother Mary S. was beyond nice and so helpful! Sara, Shelby, O'Neal, Cody and Sam you were all awesome and we are going to miss you so much! ❤️

Wish I could give 10 Stars. Everybody I've spoken to on the phone or had at the house COULD NOT be nicer! They understand my problems and they ALL have empathy. I'd recommend Haven to ANYBODY needing help. They helped a lady I go to Church with and in her words, They're just really nice and a huge blessing! I had a big hole in my arm and blistered skin which was very unpleasant. The Wound Vac was driving me nuts. Patty Wilson was my 1st Nurse and an Angel. Emily Jackson was my 2nd Nurse and got my arm healed. Both were EXACTLY what a nurse should be, pleasant, professional, very knowledgeable, caring and reassuring. They became like good friends and made me feel like I was their only patient, doing everything in their power to get the exact supplies needed to treat and heal my arm. Emily Jackson is above and beyond, a credit to your company and nurses everywhere! Mrs. Gann advised me on my Spenddown which led me to being qualified to get help cleaning the house, laundry etc. once a week from Haven. Amanda Henson is a treasure! Her 2nd time here she remembered where and how I liked my laundry done AND where everything went. Her 3rd time here, she was reminding me when it was time to get things out of the dryer, then she took care of it. She has common sense and saves me lots of steps. She has been a big help to me and the house looks so much nicer! I'm sure I forgot to mention by name people at Haven who have helped me, but I appreciate all of you!

I have worked at Haven for 9 years. I have been supported and encouraged every day. I am truly blessed to be surrounded by incredible leadership and staff. Anyone who wants to work for a company that is different and cares about their employees and community will love working for Haven.

Mary my nurse was amazing going to miss her

The home health is abhorable!!! Most of the supplies they ordered for my wound were missing or the wrong size.. After two weeks am still missing proper supplies to dress my wound! Have reported this to no avail several times!

Very caring, knowledgeable and compassionate towards their patients and a fun,family centered company to work for.

This company started out wonderfully, then they abandoned me and nobody will call and explain why. Definitely not professional.

I have met so many different people - they first met me - on a Sunday the day after I was released (on parole :) ) from rehab and every one has been awesome - lots of great advise and care!!!! Highly recommend

Haven cares been caring for me for the last 91 days very successfully, very professionally, listening, responding and doing all they can to make me feel better during my medical crisis. I am very grateful for Haven for Emily and Julie and of course God and all the doctors. I highly recommend Haven Care When you need the best.

I had never heard of Haven before a few years ago but choosing Haven for my parents needs was an game-changer for me and my brothers. We were at a lose what to do with them. They kept falling and dad kept messing up his meds. But Haven came in a straightened them out. Their commitment to compassionate care, professionalism, and expertise was evident from day one. The caregivers were not just qualified but showed genuine concern, making my folks feel comfortable and cared about. Their attention to detail with mom and focus on her needs was really cool to see. The seamless coordination among the staff, along with their prompt responses and proactive approach, provided some much needed peace of mind. I wholeheartedly recommend Haven because they are local and consistent. They took care of my grad dad a few years ago and it was the same consistent care then as now.

I absolutely adore working for this company! I have never found a place of work with such a caring team, for both clients and staff. I have referred my friends to work here and am always raving to my family about how awesome Haven is! I plan to continue caregiving with this company throughout the next 2 1/2 years of my master’s program 🙂

Peggy has been my dad's caregiver for a couple of years now, and I can't even express what a blessing she has been to both my dad and me!! 5 years ago, my dad had open heart surgery, which resulted in 3 strokes, a brain bleed, and now vascular dementia. He expressed how he didn't want to be put into a nursing home my whole life, so my husband and I built a tiny home on our property for him to live out his remaining days/years. Being so close to us was nice, but I VERY QUICKLY found out just how stressful it can be to be a caregiver! After struggling for the 1st couple of years, a lot of frustration, tears, fears, and just not knowing how to balance everything I called Haven. Peggy has not only put a smile on my dad's face; she has eliviated so much stress from me, which allows me to enjoy the time I have left with my dad! She gets him to his appointments, takes him shopping, plays cards w him, lets him cheat, and "win" 😉 and has honestly become part of the family!! I am so so grateful for places like Haven that have genuinely caring people like Peggy to come to the rescue for families like mine!!! Peggy, if you read this, THANK YOU from the bottom of my heart!! You have made the biggest difference in my life and, more importantly, my dad's life!!! Haven, I hope you know what a difference businesses like yours make in people's lives!! And to anyone reading this that might be on the fence about getting services started, JUST DO IT, and get Peggy if you can, you WON'Tregret it!!!🙂❤️

Avery Orschlein and Keisha Berry have both been excellent home caregivers and clean my home immaculately every week. Extremely punctual even on days of pouring rain like today. Avery has taken a number of trips on my behalf to grocery stores to make things like a gluten free margarita pizza. They are also great companions.
