I highly recommend using Haven H2O. Joe installed our RO system and he services it yearly, letting me know when the service is due. He is professional and very knowledgeable, but what really stands out is his responsiveness to my inquiries and RO needs. Joe was great from start to finish! He was helpful and up front when helping decide what we needed for our home. He communicated well and clearly. Joe W. was very knowledgeable, prompt, professional and honest. I got the distinct impression that he was not trying to up-sell us into something we didn't need just to make some extra money. Workmanship appears to be top-notch and the improvement in our water quality was immediate and very noticeable. Customer service after the install was outstanding as well - I called with some follow up questions a week later and he called me right back in less than 10 minutes (couldn't answer right when I called because he was in the middle of another install job). I would trust him to do work inside my house as he seems extremely honest and reputable. Price is good and being able to support a small, local, family-owned business is huge bonus for us too. Look no further - this is your guy for water quality issues and fantastic service.

Just had our water softener replaced. Joe did an excellent job! He was prompt both for the initial consult and instillation day and called to let us know of his arrival. Joe was professional and friendly and provided cost up front,(no hidden fees). He was meticulous in cleaning up the work area when he was finished. Would definitely recommend Haven H2O!

Joe did an excellent job of installing the water softener system for our house. He had to open the dry wall to connect the system to the drainage line, but the opening was done as minimally as possible. The job was very neat and clean. He answered our questions very patiently and in a detailed way. We had a great experience with Joe, and highly recommend him to others.
