Nikki is so very nice and helpful each time I come. Nikki is great.

The folks are the Hearing Center are all so wonderful to work with. Whether it's routine cleaning or adjustments, they always have time for you. I had purchased my first hearing aids at an office that decided to stop servicing their product and the Hearing Center was there for me. They assumed servicing my hearing aids just as if I had been an original customer. When it became time to trade my hearing aids in, of course, I was their customer. I could not be more pleased with the customer service and the quality of their product.

Great experience from first phone call through fitting and programming. Really took the time to listen to me and what I was experiencing in each sound spectrum and adjust the hearing aids accordingly. I wish I had found them sooner.
