TOP SERVICE from both Gareth and Tom. Both attended my property at different times to do a boiler breakdown repair and new boiler install and I cannot reccomend these guys enough!
Both very knowledgeable, attentive and nothing was too much trouble. Streamline process from arranging the booking through to setting up the new boiler!

We had water dripping slowly through the ceiling below the bath taps. Heatglow came to us on time, in 5 minutes showed us that it was shower water collecting on the bath surround and going through holes in the sealant. I said I was happy to re-seal, and he left without charging us. Very happy with the prompt service and helpful outcomes. Thank you.

I booked boiler service online, this was a very easy process, I was able to choose time/date of service. From this point, I was kept informed of service arrangements & on the day, I was able to track engineers eta.
When engineer arrived, Gareth, he took off his shoes. I showed him where boiler was, he then carried out boiler service. He was polite, friendly and very professional. I will definitely use Heatglow again.

I have used Heatglow for a number of years and have found them to be excellent. My boiler had a fault and Heatglow arranged for an engineer to come out. Tom isolated the problem very quickly and was able to repair the boiler in no time at all. What i like about Heatglow is their prompt service and the way their engineers explain things to you in plain English. My first port of call for anything related to my boiler will always be Heatglow.
