A few years ago I visited to get some undereye filler, the Doctor lied to me then overfilled one side, it has caused permant damage to my face and has quite frankly ruined my life, my face is ruined, I’m a shell of my former self, my confidence is dead and buried and it’s consumed my life. Never been so unhappy and depressed, the last few years have been a living nightmare, I can’t even look at myself anymore, it’s affected all aspect of my life and has left me feeling completely hopeless. Edit: this is a real review, I use my middle name online. I visited the clinic multiple times after the mistake, I emailed you about the incident and have emails from you replying. While I appreciate the doctor did not mean to ruin my face, he did and it’s had a major effect on my life. Edit: I am now being threatened with legal action over this review.

I had a consultation, with Dr Humble, who explained the different types of products, techniques and needles he uses to apply filler and Botox. Dr Humble made it very clear that his aim, with all his clients, was to achieve a balanced, harmonised and enhanced look that would be undetectable but would provide a refreshed and improved look, which was exactly what I was looking for as I didn’t want to look like I had had “work” done. Dr Humble explained the treatments he could apply to my face to achieve that balanced and enhanced look and we agreed on the treatments. Throughout this process Dr Humble managed my expectations and was realistic on what he could achieve. I felt very comfortable during the application of the filler and Botox and I barely noticed the needles, so it was a very positive experience. Throughout this Dr Humble kept checking on with me to see if I was ok and explained what he was going to do next at every step of the way. I am incredibly happy and pleased with the outcome of the treatment and how I look and as I still have another 10 days until the full effects of the Botox is evident I expect to continue to be pleased. I would highly recommend Dr Humble and his colleagues at the clinic, who were all very helpful and professional at all times.

I’ve been having regular Botox appointments with Dr Humble (and with Dr Basi once). They are both incredibly professional, highly knowledgeable and very friendly. Would absolutely recommend. The customer service advisors for the clinic are also excellent.

Had a great experience with Dr. Humble, had a cortisone injection for sciatica pain which massively sped up my recovery. Very understanding and professional, would highly recommend for anyone needing rapid pain treatment.

Great experience at Hedox clinic, the whole team is amazing. Dr Humble and Dr Basi are genuinely kind, knowledgeable doctors. I've just had a subcision treatment to remove deep acne scarring and I'm so pleased with the results after only one week. I was given a gift of the OMS sublime enzyme, exfoliate and resurface mask gift set from the Hendon clinic. Excellent product. Easy to apply and skin feels much smoother and is brighter. Hello all I can say is the girls here have been brilliant ,reading my endless messages an they have helped alot an took the stress away that I have been going through with my skin,even though I only have large pores ,but I have always had nice skin in past ,until large pores 🤦but they have looked at my concerns an looked at a photo an consulted with the doctor an came back with suggestions of good skin care products 🙏thankyou

Hay fever injection Having suffered since a child with hay fever I do not know why I haven't had this earlier. Just spent 4 days at a summer festival and didn't sneeze once all weekend and had no streaming eyes. Cant recommend enough.
