The care I received was beyond expectation! The adjustments helped my back almost immediately but then adding the stem wave & laser on my knee helped in ways that I never thought I would feel since I had surgery back in 2016. They truly care about your health & well being there. The staff is amazing caring & always getting everyone with a smile. Would definitely recommend to anyone & everyone.

I've been going to Herfindahl Chiropractic for several years, first for chronic neck pain caused by multiple car accidents and recently for pain in my sacrum. My case is rather serious and somewhat unique, and I'm what's known as an "eggshell"! Dr. Herfindahl is a master at creating a treatment program customized for the individual patient. I'm pretty sure he's the sole reason I haven't needed a more invasive treatment, drugs or surgery. He's experienced, insightful, creative and brilliant. He also never stops trying to improve his offering of services by adding new devices (e.g. cold laser and Stemwave). He treats everyone with compassion and respect as he works to find a solution that works for his patients.

I anticipated receiving X-rays and an adjustment for a reasonable $37, but my experience took an unexpected turn. After the X-rays, the doctor's consultation felt more like a lecture, pressuring me into committing to a staggering $5,000 expenditure spread across two months. This approach seemed entirely unreasonable, especially considering I already have insurance. It would have been appreciated if I had been informed beforehand that an adjustment wasn't guaranteed, contrary to what was initially communicated when I booked the appointment. Potential customers should exercise caution, especially if without insurance, as the costs are exorbitant. The entire presentation felt overly focused on sales, and there was an expectation to enroll in a paid weekly course, demanding a significant time commitment. The communication from the doctor left me feeling uneasy, and the requirement to commit to the $5,000 package before even receiving an adjustment seemed counterintuitive. It's disheartening that I couldn't gauge the quality of care without first committing to such a substantial financial investment. While the staff was generally friendly, I couldn't help but notice that their interactions felt overly scripted, almost robotic. This adherence to a strict script contributed to an unnatural atmosphere that detracted from the overall experience. It would have been more pleasant if there had been room for more genuine and spontaneous communication. In my opinion, the whole experience felt like a waste of time and had a somewhat dubious, possibly scammy, undertone.

After a full year of assistance from the professionals at Herfindahl Chiropractic, I was able to recover 80% of the lost curvature in my spine. I have never felt better! At the culmination of today's session I got to put my name on the wall, received a Herfindahl Chiropractic t-shirt, and rang the wellness bell! My journey for achieving optimal health began with this business and continues to improve!

Dr Ashley came in adjusted me and fixed me up when my neck couldn't move. They really care about your whole body health and well being unlike other Chiropractors I have a been to. They also have amazing top state of the art equipment. Thank you Herfindahl Chiropractic!

Best chiropractor in all of San Diego county. Dr. Herfindahl, Liz, Kyla and Lizeth are all outstanding. Dr. H truly cares about his patients, their health and life's. He and his staff remember you immediately and greet/treat you like family any time you enter their office. I trust Dr. H and I have improved tremendously since seeing him. I especially needed some care after I had a baby. He has been so kind, knowledgeable, caring and funny throughout my time coming here. I also get massages by their physical therapist, Kyla, and she is AMAZING! I highly recommend this office. Best experience ever

I cannot recommend highly enough! I've been going to Dr. Herfindahl for almost 6 months after ending up in crisis with back pain that prevented me from doing almost everything, and barely able to walk around. I'm now feeling fantastic and getting back to my former self thanks to the treatment I've received from Herfindahl Chiropractic. I didn't think I would be able to say that. The whole staff is wonderful, and as an added bonus I received additional therapy that has my knees back to normal and pain free. I'm so thankful to have found this clinic. The difference from before I started to now is night and day!
