My partner and I both worked for agencies and had spoken to a few mortgage brokers who promised to get us a mortgage, but disappointed us.When we spoke to Will Atkins in 2023 about getting a mortgage, he looked at our documents and let us know straight away it wasn't gonna happen. We were hurt again, but the good thing is, Will told us the truth about our circumstances. He then guided us on what to do and the moment our circumstances changed for the better, he took another look at our documents in May 2024 and gave us every re-assurance that he would make it happen. Beginning of September 2024, Will got us our mortgage for a three bedroom semi-detached house in Chichester. We're still in our honeymoon period lool Just feels so surreal. Can't thank Will enough. He was available each time we needed advice and always made time to explain a lot of the processes to put our minds at ease. His customer service skills are impeccable! Thanks so much, Will!
